As sex is 'mostly' in the brain it will be your brain that you will need to wrap around the experience. Moving your mind into that place your body will follow.

Of course, as with ALL sex.....experience is dependant on the performers. I have had anal sex that was pure pain and a completely undesireable and unpleasureable experience.
I have also had orgasmic anal. I would suggest it is kind of like the virgin, or inexperienced (lack of experience with a 'tallented' partner) proclaiming that sex is a horrid and awful experience. Where as one who was blessed with a gifted or tallented partner will find it devine.

Start SLOW with lots of foreplay and lube, that may help. Perhaps wrapping your brain around your partner and how you enjoy giving what they desire and you may find it easier to 'relax'.

Obviously anal is not for every one. I also cant see why some people have it in their minds that if "you relax, do it slow and right" every thing will work out and be fun. Obviously that's not true, some girls and guys just find the thought of any thing goign in their out door disgusting. I'll be upfront, I do like anal. Both giving and getting. I like it less because some see it as a taboo and more because I like the feeling. There is also the domination factor that goes with it, your girl/boy giving you something that they normally wouldn't give to any one else, even when its against their own wants and reservations. They do it because they love you enough to. Its that feeling that they are giving themselves you you COMPLETELY in the "body" of "mind,body, and soul." For me, personally, while I love anal. I can live wiht out it, and feel that making a boy/girl try and do something they absolutely hate, no matter what the doms position, is just wrong and a violation of the trust that goes into a D/s relationship/

The issues Aanakaris mentions always bear repeating - the spread of internet pornography has led to a surge of interest in the subject, but it's always worth repeating that these are trained sexual athletes - it's no more advisable to do a double anal your first time out any more than you'd attempt a double back flip without some training, preparation, safety precautions, etc..

In a more general sense, it is where the shit comes out, shit stinks, the result of accelerated decomposition of what you eat in your digestive tract, and the anus is the symbol of corruption, in the dualistic sense - that squicks some people out, naturally enough in spite of reassurances.

All and all, it isn't totally safe - in fact, the Pitcher is probably at greater risk than the Catcher, as it turns out, presuming the usual disease vectors are accounted for - it seems E. coli can swim upstream, and can cause a nasty bladder infection.

It was at a grocery store where a young woman with about 20 religious bumper stickers decided to give me a lecture on why my homosexual lifestyle was wrong. When, while trying not to directly laugh in her face, I asked why she thought I was gay, she said that she watched me park my car and only gay men park that way. I SOOOO wish I was kidding. It was in Tulsa, OK about 5 years ago.

So yes, I was accused, not propositioned. I have been propositioned before, and although my bread is not buttered on that side, it's kind of flattering. A polite no has always worked.
