I've taken on the entirety of journalfen and encyclopedia dramatica -- that's HUNDREDS of women, all as vapid and useless as you are -- for months on end.  I mean flamewars that lasted seven or eight months, died down, and then started back up going on for years.

Ladies... he's got the staying power to go the distance.

Sometimes I read something here and I just want to ring the goon bell and set the appropriate forum of SA upon the poster.

I bet Kant had a real parlor.

Wonder if he and Wittgenstein and Neitzsche used to get together over brandy and cigars there and be all misogynous to the wimmenz of a night?

Immanuel Kant was a real pissant
Who was very rarely stable.

Heidegger, Heidegger was a boozy beggar
Who could think you under the table.

David Hume could out-consume
Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel,

And Wittgenstein was a beery swine
Who was just as schloshed as Schlegel.

There's nothing Nietzsche couldn't teach ya
'Bout the raising of the wrist.
Socrates, himself, was permanently pissed.

John Stuart Mill, of his own free will,
On half a pint of shandy was particularly ill.

Plato, they say, could stick it away--
Half a crate of whisky every day.

Aristotle, Aristotle was a bugger for the bottle.
Hobbes was fond of his dram,

And René Descartes was a drunken fart.
'I drink, therefore I am.'

Yes, Socrates, himself, is particularly missed,
A lovely little thinker,
But a bugger when he's pissed

I have to say one thing, I absolutely feel like an ass for my prior stance on the Gorean mentality I had, Aswad and especially Orion, thank you for your words and your opinions here, please accept my huge apologies. Elisabella as well. Mea Culpa. It's an ignorant person that cannot learn from their mistakes, no? Oh and sorry, Kimveri too.

Gorenas are people too after all. Good and bad just like the rest.

Icarys I believe I just said that and apologized. By the way, you might have misspelled Goreans. [;)]. I can admit my mistakes and believe me they are numerous. Hey I still think you and I can even get along, so don't prove me wrong.

Truly, you are your generation's Wilde.

Speaking of Wilde, this seems relevant to you...

"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
Oscar Wilde

Brilliant[;)]. So fitting. Since when is Wilde an insult?

SweetPoosy -> RE: Misogyny and BDSM (1/4/2010 5:03:58 PM)

I have a parlour. A real, old-fashioned, Victorian style parlour, in a home that was built 105 years ago. It's not actually a "Victorian" home, as it was built after the reign of Victoria, however, it is a Victorian style home...just for the purists out there.

IMHO, I would actually say that what I saw a photo of would more properly be called a "lair".

Sorry, had to get my two cents in, since the conversation turned to an area of my expertise.

Zephy you have a vagina therefore you must, like I, according to Psychonaut, possess an unworthy intellect and a barely discernible IQ, so please, we must get back into the kitchen or the laundryroom pronto! We are not to involve ourselves in the world of such astute and brilliant men as he. Let's go make some cookies love. [;)].

Damn

I...I'm so embarrassed, do you suppose people noticed? Maybe I should stop posting altogether.

Why do you hysterectomys think they call it hysteria?

Ron

The only hysteria I know is this one and hysterectomy? I think that is something my Nana might know about.
