Its hard to be true to oneself on a topic like BDSM. Trying something like it, when, you can't talk to friends and family for fear of being barred for life. Its a yearning to reach out, and try to find someone else that actually does BDSM. If you think about it, its really not as easy as it sounds. Yes, there are fakes, and there are posers. Those are the ones that know, but still want the feeling. The real submissives are here and there. They don't announce their presence to often. Since, like you, they will be spammed up the yin-yang by dom/me posers and fakes. In that moment, that you find one, strike up a conversation. You might be wrong (as I have at times), and find a profile that says "A", and the person you chat/mail is "B". I've had to wade through the Dommes. Some are fakes and posers. Some are financial dommes. Others are so wrapped up in their life, that finding if the friendship would work simply never comes up. In a way, its kinda of depressing. We have this great tool at our fingertips, and yet, things seem just as hard, if not more so, in finding someone we would enjoy being with and around. There are real submissives.
