Personally, the first and most important alarm that went off for me is that your wife let another move in to the home that you share without speaking to you about it and honestly setting the expectations for that change. This would be a huge problem for me, possibly even a dealbreaker.
Completely separate from that, this guy is a sleaze. He is preying on subs to live off of, and gives other Doms a bad name.
Personally I would suggest telling her that in order to maintain your marriage; 1.) he needs to disappear from your lives completely, and 2.) seek counseling to restore your relationship with each other.
Once that's taken care of, or is in progress to a degree that you are comfortable with, then open communication about her needs for a master can commence.
