I am not a middle-aged balding, slightly overweight guy... I am actually a male model with a 12" penis. I don't like to show the real me because I want to be loved for my mind, not my overly-studly awesome body.

Are you telling me you're NOT the guy in your profile photos???

LaM, the pic you referred to is a snip from a Dali painting.

(Sorry, it's a good book and your name reminds me of the character - since it's the same name)

i have a birth name that i never use unless for legalese purposes, an adopted name that i use almost everywhere, and my suite nickname i use only in certain areas .

Hi, i'm tala.  Nice to meet Y/you. :)

I'm finding it curious how many people say they won't put their real names on here, yet they have no problem putting their faces here.  People will recognize your name, but they won't recognize your face?  I'm confused...

My pic I could always claim as stolen, but with an unusal name it would proof it is me, I would rather it remain a mystery, as my name known would make me much more vunerable to not so good people.

Not Me, no way, no how.  I will only provide a picture after I have chatted with a person for a while, am comfortable with them, and have gotten their picture first.

I realize I am in the minority, but that's just Me.

It is not so hard to find out very private information about someone if you know their name.  It can be next to impossible, depending on the circumstances, to discover the same kind of information with only a picture.

Too bad I'm not a domme...this might be a good opportunity for a blackmail scene.

Oh well, I shall endeavour to keep this to myself.

I use the same handle here that I use on Livejournal, and my real name is on livejournal, so I don't stress.

I don't sign posts with my name, but I don't sign them at all. I sign private messages with my initial "S" untill I get to know somoene, but I sign most messages with my initial.

My face is up here, so I see no reason to keep my name private.

"Uhura's Song" is the title, and it's an older Star Trek novel.  i fell completely in love with it, for Brightspot and her family are felines!  Think a humanoid with fur, prehensile tail, various beautiful kitty colors and features.

Your name reminded me of the book and it's delightful pages. :)

A quote:

"Imagine yourself standing outside, under a dark and cloudy sky.  Now imagine yourself standing there when one beam of sunlight breaks through the clouds to light a small place.  Now imagine standing in that one spot of sun."  James Kirk looked at the shy teenager.  "Now how does that make you feel?"

"Warm all over," replied Brightspot, stretching as though she truly could feel the warmth of the sunlight in her calico fur.

"THAT," said Kirk, "Is what we mean when we say 'bright spot.'  I'd say your name suits you well."

I never use my real name since here you only use the first names, the last names don't matter at all...and considering the size and population of my country then...everything but my real name thank you

Rayne is a shortened form of my real first name. I've only used it since I've been with Master. Anyone who knows me from my previous life would most probably not be visiting BDSM sites, and if they were well they would have to worry about being outed too if they confronted me with it. Even if they did mention it to me it would give me the chance to come out of the closet anyway[:)

I'm not ashamed of our relationship, just that some things are on a need to know basis and some people (parents, kids) just don't need to know
