Lets see. Barack Obama, known to hang with racists, and current president of the United States.

Palin, essentially a nobody.

We're seeing 10 - 15 threads about Palin per week, and what - maybe 2 about Obama? Just a guess, but I bet thats close.

With these things in mind, I'd have to say you're suffering from an extreme form of tunnel vision. Running on hate is all your crowd has, and you seem deathly paranoid about having to face the real issues before us, or having the leader of your movement as a topic of discussion.

Obama is the president. These are  political threads... so you would appear a lot more intelligent if you didn't act act quite so shocked to see his name mentioned, especially in threads about the presidency, or threads about racists.

Now look at Palin...can she unite America...can she pull voters from the Democratic Party as Regan did? Hell she couldn’t even hold the respect of her own party in Alaska.

Funny that Obama and Reagan used the same strategy for election…unite not divide.

With the country now divided 50 50 between parties it will take a conservative that can pull votes from the opposition. I think the Republican Party knows this and are trying to pull their panties from their butt cracks as they try to figure a way to distance themselves from the likes of Palin and the tea party without looking like fools.

As president she'll be more insulated from the vapid hatemongers, yes. The presidency is prepared to deal with it, while the tiny Alaskan state government, not so much. And I am thinking that my initial assessment was correct, you don't want to understand it. Its simple enough, and I have a hard time believing you are this naive. You just need a reason to hate even if its nonsense.

Who are these hate mongers you are talking of... how about some examples. Musicmystery listed a few...But if she were innocent they would be no problem to deal with at all. They would not interfere with her running of the guard or keeping an eye on Russia.


Is it possible you are just parroting a party line and don't know?

I don’t think you know of any. She was either forced out by her own party or she quit to make money on the talk circuit. Neither reason was ethical.
