Another new person chased away; 5 pages of replies that say basically nothing. In football they call it piling-on, here they call it monday.

I will acknowledge poor tase on My part for not replying to this post properly and with sincerity...no sarcasm intended, even though it does sound like it...I had just replied to another very similar post minutes before coming across this one...and giving the person the benefit of the doubt, though the majority were negative on that post, I opened My mouth on this one. Blame it on a bad day at work, bad manners...or the fact I tend to be a sarcastic ass----.

i don't feel that one needs to be "looking" to be here. maybe that's just because i'm new...but i am very happy with my Dominant, i am just here to explore different lifestyle issues and learn about different perspectives. i've actually had a scary reply rate in the few days i've been here...including one person who mentioned something about women mentioning relationships in their profiles as a tactic to scare away creepy repliers! and i'm sitting here thinking, wow, am i just naive to be honest about where i am and what i want?

i don't see this site as being "just" a personals site, so excuse me if i don't go invisible...because it is not my job to make your seeking process easier, especially when i'm not going against the policies or purpose of the website. perhaps you might consider that the reason you haven't found what you're looking for yet is that it's just not time? things come to us when we're ready, i think.

At times I think someone fabricates these inflammatory posts to create discussion. The OP is almost comedic, lamenting that fact that many subs on here are taken.

However, assuming the post is for real, the problem is that they are a couple looking for a second sub. They are definitely not in a buyers market. About half the profiles of couples seek another sub for the Master, a sister for yada, yada, yada. Apparently, they are having a hard time finding what they want and feel part of the fault is having so many profiles of all types on here.

There is a common theme with those who can’t find what they want on here to blame the site and the members.

“I can’t find a date, I can’t find a date.”
That was the way one wise person who used to post here described the phenomenon.

My advice to the OP is to use your search function, but also to search inward to see the problem.

yeh it is acceptable. this is a forum after all. like it or not she does have a legitimate bitch regardless of how she presented it. i think cm recognized this as they have added a hide feature that viewers can hide the people they do nor want to see in their new version of this site. i wonder whats holding that new release up it had some very nice features. when its finally released that will most likely end these kinds of posts.

what i find inappropriate is how newcomers are treated when coming onto this site. rather than tell them about the new release the cm staff has in mind for us and ease someones frustration they would rather show the newcomers their maturity, warmth, and understanding as seen in the post below.

Yeah, your possibly right R1. If the truth be known I'm probably getting cantankerous and short on patience with posters like the OP.. Perhaps I need to walk away from the forums for a day, a week, a month, a year who knows possibly even permanantly... May just think about it for a couple of days.. I know as sure as it's going to be daylight in four hours, I'm missing the mark with too many posts.. I should spend more time on my sites in World Groups.....

I have a wonderful Master. I am very much owned. Does that mean I should leave this site? According to you yes. However, in truth I did not join this site until after I had taken Phoenix's collar and it was at his strong suggestion.

Why you ask? Simple. He wanted me to be able to interact with others who are involved in the lifestyle. To have a forum where I am not the strangest apple in the barrel. *laughs*

Will I apologize for wasting your time for being here. Pfftttt... I do not recall begging you to read my profile and I doubt any other "owned" or "not seeking" person you rant about did either. It's obvious from my profile I am very much owned. Now if that bothers you stop reading at the first line. Or better yet, set your profile search settings.
