Now you may not find that to be "attacking", but just because it isn't leveled at a particular person doesn't mean that it isn't an attempt to be insulting to an entire group of people posting here... and he does it to get a reaction.. it is like putting a "kick me" sign on his back and expecting no one to kick

Passive Aggression is seldom rewarded here either. When someone posts something stupid, there are two courses of action. It amazes me how the OP ever has had or ever will have a submissive of his own. He obviously has a very low opinion of the entire group, but then with questions like these, it seems he has a very low opinion of the intelligence of Dominants as well. All any potential s-type would ever have to do to is look at his posting history and he is out of luck. Any s-type with a brain would walk away then and there. Oh, maybe that is why he has such a low opinion of s-types, he can't attract one that has a brain.

I'm still suspecting that the degree to which one finds his comments offensive is due to the degree that a) one is not familiar with his style of posting, or b) one has a disproportionally negative view of 'doormats' (as a contextual title in WIITWD).

I find it misinformed- and a sweeping generalization that portrays very wishful thinking on his part. But, then again, he's a self proclaimed misogynist; so...pretty much what one should expect from a guy that does not like women, is looking to turn a woman into something she never wanted to become, and seems to feel at least somewhat entitled to do that.
