And ever since the first census in 1790, they have asked about race. (negros only counted as 3/5 of a person for representative purposes back then).

if You can find the 2010 long form which is exactly like my other link, then do so, since I cannot find an online version, but they are exactly the same (with more added questions this year) I only found the short-form:
http://2010.census.gov/2010census/how/interactive-form.php. As far as race is concerned, I never exclaimed they didn't ask race since conception, I did claim that there is no reasoning for it at (except as used as a form of profiling).

a point that there is a long form is fake. either stupidity or fearmongering.

also the incorrect claim of 82 years (its 72), and the example of revealing the disibility status of an individual in 2092....if you subtract 82 from 2092, you get 2010 (now.... present tense) yet there are no questions on the 2010 census regarding disability status.

Plus the direct claim in post 106 demonstrates that he was indeed claiming there is a long form for 2010.

It seems to me I read in one of the articles that they have a long form.

Status: offline 		You have to be an idiot to cooperate with the census. They are asking questions that are none of their business, and they are counting Illegal Aliens. It is unconstitutional to provide representation to illegal aliens, yet that is what they are using the census for.

I just received my 3rd notice in the mail today. There's no way in hell I'm ever returning it unless they announce tomorrow they aren't counting illegal aliens.

By the way, they try to intimidate you on the 2nd notice by reminding you that it is required by law. Well where is the law and the constitution at when 10 million Illegal aliens can cross the border at will, smuggle in drugs, and take away jobs from American citizens. The black unemployment rate is officially at 16%. Unofficially it is probably closer to 20%. That's reason enough to cooperate.

The possible fine is $100 for not returning the census although they admit they have never fined anyone yet. It is more for motivation than for punishment. To me, it's worth a possible fine of $100 to possibly get rid of half the House of Representatives who aren't representing legal Americans anyway. By law, you don't have to answer the door to anyone either, not even the police, unless they have a warrant to kick in the door. Besides, this gives you a good excuse not to buy girl scout cookies.
