Musicmystery -> RE: MI militia raided by FBI (3/28/2010 7:35:59 PM)

AnimusRex -> RE: MI militia raided by FBI (3/28/2010 7:37:55 PM)

Well, like many, I am waiting to hear more about the arrests.

But I can say this, without even knowing any of the details; These accused terrorists, like Jose Padilla (yeah, bangin' THAT drum again!) should be given Constitutional rights, access to the court system, presumption of innocence, and habeas corpus.

But that's what makes me a liberal, I guess.

Musicmystery -> RE: MI militia raided by FBI (3/28/2010 7:38:37 PM)

My work here is done.

slvemike4u -> RE: MI militia raided by FBI (3/28/2010 7:39:13 PM)

LOL ,Thank a lot Tim I wasthisclose to getting a thrashing over this....and I'm a masochist.

No, Animus, you're missing their point on this one---

It's the government picking on a poor militia group. They're all for the terrorists on this one.

If you figure it out, please explain it to me.

President Obama has the USA in a declared state of emergency.

slvemike4u -> RE: MI militia raided by FBI (3/28/2010 7:52:30 PM)

Are they enforcing a curfew?

Since when? Please provide a link to the national news network of your choice, and by that I mean CNN, ABC, FNC, MSNBC, AP, etc not some blasted conspiracy site.

He's talking about the swine flu emergency. I guess one of his radio stations must have told him there was some significance to it.

That was about the flu virus everyone was worried about, I would say that is long dead, and even if it isn't, it does not deal with martial law...

I would tell you to get a grip, but it would do no good.

Well I dont say it that directly but yah I have done that too but I have this little packet of paperwork I give them (about an inch thick), proving they do not have jurisdiction.  (I assume that is what you meant by that?)

Now why would I piss on the floor and do damage to the judges property and give him a bonafide reason to have a claim against me?

Good thing I dont take your advice.

The courthouse is not the property of the judge,

That was a figure of speech to point out the destruction or damage to anothers property which gives the owner jurisdiction to obtain a remedy.

it is the property of the state, which you say has no jurisdiction over you.

Depends on the subject matter.  How many taimes do I need to repeat this before you get it through your head?

injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!

Therefore, by your argument you can do what you want and they have no right to detain or arrest you.

injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!

Actually, by your argument, you are completely with in your rights to commit any illegal activity you wish and the courts and law enforcement has no right to deal with you.

injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!

Like I said, why not try it and see how far your argument gets you.

like I said been there done that bought the tshirt,

it gets me dismissed
but then I did not do:

injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!
injury to another or property damage!

GET IT?

pahunkboy -> RE: MI militia raided by FBI (3/28/2010 8:13:18 PM)

the executive orders still stand.

we are in a state of an emergency and you want to split hairs.  This is AN EMERGENCY!

one of several that we are under.

I get you are hedging your bets on your stand. By your argument, you are not responsible to any government or government agency. Which means, as I said, you could speed down the interstate at 100 mph and you would not have to pull over for a highway patrol vehicle.

You have stated that the government law enforcement agencies have no authority to detain you or arrest you. Your words, not mine.
