Well, like many, I am waiting to hear more about the arrests. But I can say this, without even knowing any of the details; These accused terrorists, like Jose Padilla (yeah, bangin' THAT drum again!) should be given Constitutional rights, access to the court system, presumption of innocence, and habeas corpus. But that's what makes me a liberal, I guess.

That was about the flu virus everyone was worried about, I would say that is long dead, and even if it isn't, it does not deal with martial law... I would tell you to get a grip, but it would do no good.
