if a guy puts in his profile that he's married then thats one point to him right off the bat. plenty dont.

all that i read in his OP was a new guy trying to find his feet and start off with a premis.  at least he has some semblance of an idea and is trying to learn from others.

but he gets trashed by the people who assume theyre better than the rest because they have rheams of experience (but it would appear no humanity or humility)  i find the hypocrasy of some and the arrogance of others really depressing.

but you carry on, gather in youre tight little circle of uberness and shun all new comers and their slightly naive but nevertheless, genuine attempt to learn.

I'd give the guy points if he was honest with his wife more than if he's admitting that he's married here.

I'd give the guy points if the words in the original were swapped and instead of Master, slave, and M/s, they were  husband, wife, and marriage, and he was actually living up to that.

I'd give the guy points if somewhere in that novel length of a profile, he had one sentence in there about how his wife is aware of the online slave that he wants, that he even says he can never possibly meet.

My opinions on being ethical in a marriage first before involving other people in your life may not be popular, but I still stand by them.

When I was still pretty 'new', I spent several hours over a day and a half in intense conversation with a "dominant". His profile state clearly that he was looking for a relationship. Then, I (naively) asked him So how long have you been divorced? He said Im not divorced.

Then there was the awkward pause where I have to decide to ask, are you separated, married, or widowed? Well, of course he was - is - married. I was quite indignant (so naive of me!) and said Why didnt you tell me? And he said... Why didn't you ask?

So yeah, I think ethical behavior, integrity, is real important, and not just in a marriage - but in life.

wasnt having a dig at you - i think youre great...

but in a way he is coming here to explore his wants/needs whilst knowing he might probably never be able to realise them.  its a release for him to share what understanding he has of this.  it just seems a shame that someone comes here and tries to share with us and gets ridiculed when he is being honest about his situation and his 'dreams'.

i personally dont see the harm in people like this coming here to release - i do mind it when people come here and manipulate us into some absurd 'pity party' thats clearly disengenuous and obviously for wank purposes.

in the end this trashing of someones dreams, fragile ones even sends out a message to anyone else looking to share and talk, if thats all they can do realistically and prevents them from doing that.  surely these boards are for everyone, not just the realised pervs but the ones who want to be realised but probably never will be.  in a way my heart goes out to them, it must be hard to want this and know youll never have it.

when i first saw the title to the thread i thought 'carnage, stay away' its so predictable - you know the poor sap is going to get chewed to hell, why, i dont understand and i just end up feeling bad for them.  so, from now on ill just stay away i guess.
