I never had a problem visiting Jim in the hospital. This during the Bush era.

Tazzy? Were awake and aware patients ever forbidden to see visitors of thier own choosing? Could families ever overide an awake and aware adults patients in terms of treatment or visitors? If it is not previously put in writing, what is the difference of the new Policy? I really hate the idea of agreeing with real, but what is Obama giving here? A simplified power of Attorney form? That has to be filled out before a crisis?
