I asked that same question after reading post #8, but have been ignored. I guess they didn't like the original OP.

No, as usual conspiracy theorists have hijacked a thread. It would be nice if something were done about it.

I wasn't upset, just curious. It isn't like you to go out into left field like that without reason. I understand now. thanks.

Oh and yea my world is sunshine and happiness[:)] thanks for askin. I hope you're doing good also. I'd stay and browse the forums but when you mentioned sunshine, I looked out the window and saw blue sky. I think it's time to spend a while in the park with a good book. Have a great day.

if Jim was unable to talk to for himself, and the family wanted to ban you, you would not have gotten in for even visitation.

This is not about visting. Its about allowing the life partner to actually be treated like a spouse when making health care decisions. Decisions the family could not easily override.

pahunkboy -> RE: Obama extends health care rights to gay partners (4/18/2010 11:27:11 AM)

No.  he was pretty doped up.

I am glad for the new rule.

popeye1250 -> RE: Obama extends health care rights to gay partners (4/18/2010 12:21:40 PM)

Well I think this is a good thing!

luckydawg -> RE: Obama extends health care rights to gay partners (4/18/2010 11:21:27 PM)

Tazzy? Were awake and aware patients ever forbidden to see visitors of thier own choosing? Could families ever overide an awake and aware adults patients in terms of treatment or visitors? If it is not previously put in writing, what is the difference of the new Policy?

I really hate the idea of agreeing with real, but what is Obama giving here? A simplified power of Attorney form? That has to be filled out before a crisis?

Yeah, I've already got two of them on iggy and I've only been back for a couple weeks. I haven't put the Random Noise Generator on iggy yet; I occasionally enjoy watching gutterballs and train wrecks.
