The federal law says it is a felony and for the first offense. It is punishable by a $10,000 fine per illegal and/or five years in the federal penitentary per illelgal where there is no parole. Once again your lying bullshit has been exposed.

On the bright side if we do go all civil war over this Arizona won't have to worry about illegal immigration anymore because you can't illegally migrate from Mexico to Mexico.
