Apple pie isn't very american, but pizza pie is. And yet we claim it's Italian. Italians are usually quick to deny this deadly accusation. There is no logic behind what we claim as ours; Americans have done this deliberately, to give the rest of the world migraines trying to sort it out. Bwahahahahaha!

In Thatcher's defence, she was a succesful woman who rose to the position of prime minister, who knows what she had to sacifrice to get there, in what basically is still a man's world. But women I know when pushed into a tight spot, are far more ruthless than any man and from past knowledge, the ideal freedom fighter, because women will do things men won't.

Why would the judge order Obama's birth certificate sealed until after he's done his 4 or 8 years?

its a violation of the fundamental law of the country.

See when you synthesize a justification for lawlessness then why have any?  Regardless of your personal opinions about the law it is nonetheless the law and you are absolving wrong doing and lawlessness.

Conscientiously its your duty to uphold the law.  Not flush it down the shitter because of some rationalization.

its a violation of the fundamental law of the country.

No it's not.  I covered that in my post to you above.  Twice, as I recall.

Therefore the rest of your post does not logically follow.

Huh?

So you want to say there was no requirement for him to be a natural born citizen?

What always gets me most about the birthers is that it doesn't even matter if Obama was born in Hawaii or not.

Obama was pretty clearly born in Hawaii - but even he if he wasn't, he'd still be a native-born citizen, because his mother was a US citizen.

McCain was born in a foreign country (Panama). He still is a native-born citizen because his mother (and father) was a US citizen. As an aside: he claims that he was born on a US military base. Be that as it may - for citizenship purposes, US military bases are considered foreign soil; whether he was born in the civilian Colon hospital or in a military hospital wouldn't affect his citizenship. Only his parentage matters here.

Both are very clearly Constitutionally qualified to be President.

Okay, this is going to be interesting.  Considering that he and his attorney appeared on AC360, and the defense attorney claimed that the certificate of live birth as issued by the state of Hawaii is not proof of birth in the state.
