Being circumcised of heart, as I interpret Saint Paul, means being inherently a good person for having a conscience. It is what Paul said, and in my opinion he was a supergenius - and in my opinion in this case he was right. Edited to add: Simply read Paul!

Yes it is. But it has been my understanding that the passage Rule refers too is more about the flesh than the spirit. Basically, what Paul was trying to express is that all the cutting of the foreskin would not guarentee anyone a place in heaven ~ that was the belief of the time, that without circumcision of the flesh, one could not enter heaven ~ without the circumcision of the heart. It was Paul's belief that the heart would carry far more weight than the other, and rightly so.
