I'm not a birther, dipshit, I've never said Obama wasn't born in Hawaii. What does a Sam or a Tank have to do with the second amendment?

You're nothing but an idiot, you know that?

What now? Deport the child? Where, if we don't know where it came from? Detain it as an illegal? Raise it but deny it health care and education?

What's your plan?

Fuck off. You have questioned Obama in other threads. You are just another frightened pussy that needs a gun to feel safe.

Go buy a gun....If you can't get one where you live move and then buy a fucking arsenal. No one is stopping you on either count.

Two different subjects that make no sense putting together.

That's because they put reality with the abstract reaction.

Policies have consequences, butch.

Making criminals of children by birth is a poor idea. If it's born in a country, denying it the right to remain is problematic.

Requiring the parents to take responsibilities for the child is not making them a criminal. The child will have all the rights of its parents nationality.

If a child is abandon then its nationality is unknown and covered by a completely different set of laws…don’t you think?

And that all sounds great--until the reality that illegals tend to not publicize the matter.

Just because someone holds dual citizenship doesnt mean that person can not be held to the jurisdiction of either.

Is this truly what this argument has boiled down too? That because Obama's father was british, that makes Obama not answerable to the US? What a bunch of bull!

The only ones the law does not apply too are those with diplomatic immunity.

Actually, it means someone CAN be held to both--that includes a draft and taxes.

Lawyers advise people to carefully consider dual citizenship--there are good reasons to renounce citizenship in one or the other.

So what does Obama's british citizenship have to do with his ability to be President?

And what about the theory that Obama's parents were never married?

For those, you'll have to ask someone who cares.

Does he in fact hold dual citizenship? I'm not aware that's the case.

Marriage has nothing to with it.

In this case, it actually might, Master Tim.

Someone started a rumor that Obama's parents were never married. To me, it makes no difference. But, by law, it could.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/8/1409.html

§ 1409. Children born out of wedlock

Now, to me, having learned that Obama studies were heavy into Constitutional Law, i do not find his actions unusual. His studies would have him in good standing for this argument. He knows his rights, he knows the law better than anyone on these boards. With all the politics, backstabbing, dirty deeds, ect in the political arean, if there was anything to support the notion that Obama is not eligible, he never would have come close to being President. Neither party would allow the risk of being found out that they perpetuated this level of crime against the US people, not to mention the Constitution.... and either other party would love to crow that the other party committed such a crime.

Get real. They may cover up an affair. But to find out they covered up an ineligible president?

Tazzy, honestly, I couldn't agree with you more.  They'd rather say the system is flawed and allowed someone who was ineligible to be president, then to just admit whatever it is their hate to admit (whatever that may be but I can only guess the reasons vary widely).  Fact is, Obama wasn't president when they elected him president.  So the U.S. elected an ineligible president??  No one checked him out???  And it just dawned on them the day AFTER his winning the election to start checking it out???  C'mon.  Its not even worth getting into it...with anyone.  Its just fodder for fools.

Obama's father was not British, he was from Kenya. Obama was supposedly born in Hawaii to an American mother, so weather the parents  were married or not or his father was a foreigner  is irrelevant.  and this discussion is not about Obama.

but do you suppose he might treat the Brtish with distain because of the way he feels hsis grandfather was mistreated when he joined the rebellion?....ooops thats yet another thread!!
