Granted, but unfortunately you will be on a 5 year waiting list before there is a house available in that distrct for you to purchase.
 
I wish we had just a little more rain today to keep the pollen down so my allergies didn't bug me.

Granted.  But the standing water after the rain attracts swarms of mosquitos that completely cover you everytime you walk outside.

I wish I had a large Dunkin Donuts Ice Coffee before me.  Yum!
