Granted you are now a cat and spend your days walking around naked on all fours. Strange how so many cats get run over considering how good their eyesight is though. I wish I had a never ending toilet roll, which is the same size as a normal toilet roll, has the same texture of normal toilet roll, isn’t a used toilet roll and is not of a striking colour that makes me feel ill when I look at it. Also I’d like to add the caveat that my need to use the stated toilet roll will also be unchanged from what it is now.

Since you do not yet have said wished for toilet roll, your need to use the stated toilet roll is non-existant. Therefore, your wish is granted: you have a never ending toilet roll, which you never need because you don't use it. Since you don't use toilet paper, you get rather odiferous and no one spends time with you or wants to know you. I wish it didn't take me so long to grant other peoples wishes.
