Oh hell yes I have a temper, and not one but two Domme's to deal with...I bite my tongue a lot:p I will say both Holly and Karen have the ability to put me in my place more often than not, which is why we're still a family going on 8 years.

Get away from them to calm down and prevent any further damage (plus...don't give 'em the satisfaction of listening to their BS!)[:)]

Holly.. in theory the walk away strategy works great.. in reality, in the case of an abuser, not so much.. an abuser will do whatever they need to do to prevent that exit.. sigh I know this from experience.

I have intermittent explosive disorder, so sometimes I'll throw stuff haha....nah I have become much more patient, honestly the structure of this lifestyle helps me tremendously. What can I say? I am only human, of course I get a temper sometimes, but I have to try not to let it get me onto trouble, so to cool down sometimes I'll just scream into a pillow or just sit there, staring angrily while telling myself to get over myself. After all, the source of all anger is selfishness.
