It's almost like . . . you have nothing to say in response to ME? Okay, let me break it down for you. There is no protected right to the pursuit of happiness. If there was, then that could be the defense used for all sorts of crimes. They were done in the pursuit of the individual's happiness. Marriage may be consensual, however it is not always legal. Just like rape and embezzlement are not legal. Same-sex couple getting married cannot use the right of the pursuit of happiness as justification for breaking the law. You are no Paul Newman. Let me break it down for YOU. I'm a fucking expert in this area; I know the declaration, I know the constitution, and I know the difference. I did not claim there was a right to the pursuit of happiness, but I did claim that you were full of venom towards a poor, ignorant girl, which you are. Perhaps I believe that as what is consensual is ethical, it should also be legal. Perhaps you have a narrow fucking mind a an overblown sense of your own authority.
