I tip betwene 15 and 30 percent, at some restruants, ones I frequent often and have, the server really doesnt do anything, I write out the order (because usually the server gets it wrong or takes too long) I deliver the food ( again because I like my food HOT.. not sitting under the warmer for 20 minutes) and I bus the table... At this place my mother always insists on tipping everyone but myself (sad face) At other places, I tip based on the service, I usually only go to one or two different places where most of the staff knows me by name. and the managers notice and ask what was wrong before I leave because the tip was lower then usual for myself

pa--As a good manager I made it a point to visit and socialize with other restaurants in our town of 200,000 plus there is always a steady movement of perssonel from one place to another and as Tazzy has said members of the trade usuaully would introduce themselves to the host or server. It is a close knit society exchanging information constantly particularly about deadbeats or poor tippers. Kind of like this groups forums.

[hijack] Welcome to the forums, fitzroy, nice to have you here! [:)][/hijack] As to your question a few posts back, there isn't a universal protocol for tipping in Pro Dom/Domme sessions. Most pros work for themselves, so they charge what they feel their time is worth. If you feel that the service was better than you expected, she probably wouldn't object to getting a bit extra. [:D]

Thank you, WyldHrt, I have been following the forums for a few weeks but didin't feel I knew enough about the suject matter to jump in--this obviously touched a nerve. Thanks for your guidance. I was in San Diego in 1982 on a honeymoon---the city and the marriage were great. She died in 2008 and I am finding my way back.[image]http://www.collarchat.com/micons/m20.gif[/image]
