I am talking about statistics, and what I said is statistically proven. Of course there are some women who have stronger sexual desires than some men. But the general tendency which shows that men usually have stronger sexual urges, remains true.

sexyred1 -> RE: No Male dominatrices? (6/14/2010 10:30:09 PM)

I always laugh when men say that women have low sex drives. Why? Because the truth is when a woman is sexually happy with someone, she has a raging sex drive.

So I tell men who think this that they either have not made a woman swoon sexually or they ran into the few frigid women out there.

I do believe this because this is true, even though this is inconvenient.

SN. ~sighs~ you know very little about women. There is a reason why young men like cougars. at 33, my sex drive went into overdrive and it still hasnt decreased. I have been known to be fucked raw and still beg for more.

It is indeed unfortunate that your opinion of women is extremely low. I could care less how society deems my sexuality or my needs. And, if i had to pay for it, i would gladly do so. Thankfully, most women dont have to pay for sex. Too many men are willing to just give it away. [;)]

Then tell me how I exist? My sex drive is higher then most men wanting it almost every second of every single day...

And I take pride in being a whore and slut, even if I am selective in my clientele..

Quoted for truth!!

I'm 45 and...well....'nuff said [:D][:D]

OP - if you believe these statistics you're alluding to, then post a link to the data please and we can draw our own conclusions. Thanks.

My opinion of women is extremely high and I do not equate intensity of their sex drive with their value or worth.

Quite contrary - not so high sex drive allows women to be wiser in making decisions.

BTW, it is true that women's sex drive increase with her age until she reaches her 40s or even 50s.
Men's sex drive is strongest in ther teens and 20s and decreases in intensity after that.

So a woman in ther 30s or 40s is sexually compatible with a man in his early 20s.

Unfortunately, again society frowns upon the relationships between older women and young men.

But there are many examples of women in their 30s, 40s or even 50s who had extremely intensive sex life with men in 20s or early 30s.

Society doesnt care anymore. And if your source is based upon the following book...The Social Organization of Sexuality: Sexual Practices in the United States.... you may want to take exceptional notice of the publishing date, 1994.

Poppycock, utter nonsense

SocratesNot -> RE: No Male dominatrices? (6/14/2010 10:44:15 PM)

Based on scientific study, we have a chart showing male and female libido as it changes with time.

As you can see - male libido reaches its peaks around the age of 20.
Female libido reaches its peaks around the age of 34.

And male libido is always stronger than female libido except from ages 34 to 45.

So yes, women from 34 to 45 year old have stronger sex drive than men 34 to 45 year old.
But in all the other age groups men have stronger sex drive than women.

You must be kidding.

BTW, it is true that women's sex drive increase with her age until she reaches her 40s or even 50s.
[i]Have you just heard of this?

Men's sex drive is strongest in ther teens and 20s and decreases in intensity after that.
Duh.

So a woman in ther 30s or 40s is sexually compatible with a man in his early 20s.
Look up "cougar".

Unfortunately, again society frowns upon the relationships between older women and young men.
Which society is that? I just spent 12 years with someone 12 years younger than me; no one frowned upon us.

But there are many examples of women in their 30s, 40s or even 50s who had extremely intensive sex life with men in 20s or early 30s.
See above.

Never mind, SN, i found it. And its really sad that you used this as your scientific basis when the on line beauty magazine doesnt even give credit for where the information for that graph came from.

yes, it's not a very authoritative source, but still...

tazzygirl -> RE: No Male dominatrices? (6/14/2010 10:58:54 PM)

But still what? You offer something up as factual that offers no fact basis.

I have seen charts like this on other places too. I think it is not completely unfounded.
Here is another similar chart. The results are pretty much the same.

tazzygirl -> RE: No Male dominatrices? (6/14/2010 11:08:37 PM)

Sources, please. Without a source, i cant tell if that was published last year, or 1965. And the publishing date is a sorce of information. Most research studies take years... at least 5... many as long as 20. Information gathered for a book that was published in 1994 could be dated from 1980 to 1990.

Why is that important? Consider this. A young woman's labido isnt as strong as mine, on average. While younger woman at the time of the 70's to 80's were more vocal about their sexuality, women who were my age during those years were not. And even younger women didnt talk abotu sex so much as they do now. The last 20 years or so the attitude of women about their own sexuality has really changed.

So, taking all that into consideration, how accurate do you think that statistical research was?

And again, not a very good source due to the lack of facts about how they came up with this information. Its not facts without it, only opinion.

It is possible to find flaws in EVERY study in social sciences. People who did conduct the research were not so naive, and probably were aware of possible biases and tried to eliminate them. That's just my opinion. And when it comes to libido, it doesn't take so much time to do the research because they didn't follow the same women and men as they age, but instead they just compared sex drives of women and men from different age groups. This study can be done quite quickly.
