Status: offline 		Hire one of those fire fighting helicopters with a massive drop bucket, load the bucket with paint of the color of your choice, and have them drop it onto the house. Works like a charm.

My capiz shell wind chime is grimy. What's the best way I can clean it so it regains its pearlescent charm?

I have a potted plant that won't grow, but won't die either. It just... is. I've given it what's supposed to be it's normal quantity of water and fertilizer and it does not respond. In attempts to get it to do something, I've over- and under-watered it to stress it out... nothing. What should I do next?
