Growl those really nasty thoughts into his ear and I'm sure you'll get a raise.

What should I do about feeling so icky and waking up three mornings in a row with no voice, and having to drink lots of coffee just to get some of my voice back (even if it's that deep, sexy, throaty voice which I actually wish I could have all the time).

Start smoking. ALOT.
(and don't forget the blowjobs)

How can I get the perfect body I've always wanted without working for it?

Liposuction, fake boobs, and crack.

My trainer at the gym is hot as crap... and has that bad habit of leaning on top of me to help with stretches. Liiike pin me on the ground type of lean. Yum. What should I do to keep from attacking him right on the yoga mats?

Tell him his breath smells like farts and that you are married to an "alleged" hit man for the mob.

How do I force myself to concentrate on paperwork this afternoon?

Crumple it all up and make a fire with it and then stare at it realllllll hard.

How do I refrain from telling a patient we can't really help them because they really ARE nuts??

You stay up and research how to fall asleep which, come around 2 AM, you'll find yourself so tired that you absolutely can NOT stay up, and give in to the sleep. (I hope your alarm is very persistent.)

I have a itch behind my right eyeball. How do I scratch it?

Each time you take a shower, through a load of clothes into the bottom of the tub/shower and put on your favorite dance music. Add detergent and run the shower. While showering and dancing, your feet will dance the dirt right out of your clothes. I have ideas on how to dry the clothes, but I don't think homeowners insurance would find it amusing if I let them out. ;-)

I need to clean the bird cage before I cover the birds up for the night. How can I get them to clean up their own messes?

Rub their little beaks in it - and if that doesn't work, beat their cages with a big stick, and if that doesn't work, beat them with a big stick, and if that doesn't work, don't feed them and they won't make messes any more.

My Sir is allergic to cats and dogs - how do i cure him?

Stop wearing dog slippers and slip into a warm pair of cat boots.

There's too many people who are trying all they can to make me switch teams, how can I prevent this from happening?

By not playing golf, for starters.

Now that the itch behind my right eyeball is no longer there, how do I go about returning the eyeball to its rightful place?

Try a shoe horn and some KY jelly.

I don't want to load the dishwasher, but I don't want to wash the dirty dishes either.  What should I do?

Call all your family members and co workers and read them your profile.
What is the easiest way to quit smoking?

The easiest way to quit smoking is to replace one oral fixation with another (wink)

How do I find that "other" oral fixation.

Cummon, this is an easy one.......(laughs)
