Questions that there are only one answer for. I understand sometimes two people post at once or some people posting don't read what others have written but it seems more widespread than those occurrences.

Well I have to read it to discover if it is the same answer don't I??? If I'm answering (which I often don't bother with anymore for certain styles of thread) I need to know what I'm saying is unmentioned as of yet.

Although I know some members have this amazing ability to read what isn't written.

Hello Folks,

In having a conversation with a friend, we were talk about grammar, spelling, etc.  In reading a post, what irks you the most, a spelling error done on purpose, ie, "prolly";  Prolly.

What word always sticks out for you? The ones misspelled.

How does a person's use of grammar and spelling affect your view of the person, and the post?  Tremendously.

Or does it?  Prolly.

I was told once long ago, all we have are words on the net, so it's important to attempt to try to get it right. (That was Chaucer wasn't it?) 

I'm curious if I am the only person that gets irked when reading posts. Prolly.
