Oh, and like VA... I don't consider myself to be a "cool kid" nor do I consider sm22 to not be a "cool kid".
I really don't have any use for labels like that, the only thing he's annoying me is his lack of accountability when it comes to owning his own words.
There are many people on this board who at least play the asshole, and I have no problem with that.
The problem with sm22 is that he plays the asshole and then is surprised when everybody treats him as one.
Either he quits being an asshole, quits expecting people not to see him as an asshole when he acts like one, or... I'm no longer interested in spanking his ass to the point that he wishes he'd never met me... [:)]
A little accountability is all I'm after here.

That's the spirit........opportunities eh.....it's all about opportunity.....what do you do with them after they've experienced your backyard? I imagine there's no use for them....toss them out like an old sock.

Trying was the important word there DG.
I'm not claiming I've got all the wisdom in the world.
I just know how he's annoying me, and how *I* personally would like to see his style change.
That means that I'm also going to let him know how exactly I'd like his style to change, whether he does it or not is his business.
If other people feel the need to give him other advice, and he wants to take that instead, fine, great, good for him...

Oh and...
You seem to have a really hard time accepting that I got raped and didn't curl up into a ball and died/got depressed/whine about it/am upset about it/am mad about/am traumatized about it or any other of the more common culturally accepted responses people tend to have towards it.
You should talk to the therapist my parents send me too when they found out. She had an equally hard time accepting that I refused to be depressed and traumatized over it...

I already agreed that if permission was granted, then I view the private disclosure of the conversation differently, which I saw confirmed in her second post.

Just for the record, since I don't think it's ethical to post private conversations, I don't read them either. Which is why I didn't see the part of the private conversation you are quoating above. I chose not to read something that I didn't feel was my business.

I only read the pre-empt in which she said she removed the names so as not to violate Tos, and the bottom line about the jury having the evidence. I did not read the body of the post that included the coversation.

Honestly, it holds no interest to me, and is completely irrelevent to my original point on this thread, which was about human behavior and responsibility for it. Submissivemale22 happens to be the incidental example, but my fundamental point has nothing to do with him personally.

Not sure if you're talking to me personally or if that was a fast reply, but if you are talking to me:

1) I don't define myself as a 'smart, cool kid'-I'm myself, people like me or they don't, but I don't judge myself on whether or not I'm 'cool'.

2) So we're supposed to treat him like a retarded kid? (using the term for consistency, not because I'm particularly keen on it). This isn't school any more-this is an adult site on which he has voluntarily created a profile and consistently made extremely unpleasant posts, which has made other posters (myself included) think badly of him. If he can't handle that he shouldn't be here.

For those keeping score, allow Me to interject that this thread is well on it's way to becoming a "classic".  In less than 18 hours, it has received almost 300 replies and ten times the number of hits.  That's not too bad in the history of CM.

It may not have the easy reference of "taptaptap" or "note the five", but I would say that it's definitely been entertaining and informative in it's own right.

With that said, I may not be "Creepy" like BK or an "Internet Prick" such as you, but this topic has certainly brought to My mind what label I should claim.  It will avoid any other such confusion or potential cries of ignorance in the future.  While I'm sure that some folks might be disappointed that I am not going to request "That Girl", I have something much better in mind.

Rather than "Insane" or "Condemned", I am requesting the Mods change My status.  If enough characters are available to do so, I would like it permanently to be:


"Sadistic In Leather"
