I find the most difficult names as far as female subs are concerned are ones that begin with the words slut, whore, bitch etc.
by nature it then forces me to write a Cmail in a manner in which I try NOT to.
just the initial greeting "Hello slut/whore/bitch" smacks terribly to me of the "Kneel Bitch" Cmails that everyone complains so profusely about on these boards and, rightly so, are turned off by.
So, for someone who tries to get to know people as people before the kink even comes into the equation, I feel it ALWAYS sets me off on the wrong foot and sets a precedence which although not real in any form, remains all throughout the conversation until such point as the person I am messaging gives me a different, less suggestive name to use in it's place.
