He has sold out each platform he ran on. He ran for the center as soon as he was elected. The only promise he kept was about the one thing I was against, which was escalating our involvement in Afghanistan He didn't do effective healthcare reform He didn't close Guantanamo Don't ask don't tell is still on the books Wall Street reform has no teeth He keeps trying to seem "nonpartisan", which believe it or not, the American people ARE partisan against republicans at this point... he squandered his mandate by kissing republican ass and letting them call the shots I told myself if he did not get socialized healthcare reform in this country with a public option I wasn't voting for him again... I'm not

I am not a lad........I've been an Independent voter since before I even heard of our current president and I vote for whomever I believe is the best candidate, AT THE TIME. This time it happened to be a Democrat. Who knows what party the next 'best candidate' will represent.

Communists used to call themselves "communists" then "progressives" now, "globalists." I didn't vote for either of the (gag) Bush's or (double gag) Clinton. I didn't vote for Obama either. As I've said in here many times before I don't like Republicans or Democrats and hope both of those partys go extinct. There are more than just two sides. I dislike the Democrats more because they're the weakest. I want to see them go extinct first. All the problems in the U.S. have been caused by Democrats or Republicans. As far as I'm concerned anyone who votes Democrat or Republican is throwing their vote away. I hope that clears it up for you.
