Riiiiight. The interviewer lied to him, just invented the aa tie-in.
Since you evidently know all about it, surely you can tell us:
1. Why he lied at all.
2. Why he chose the aa lie in particular.

Fuck if I know. Didn't say I did. Just know that Grad School to an entry level job in the Dept. of Nat Res isn't the smartest career move. And, hey, now is so so successful that he can house 5 "non caucasian" baseball players in his house.....insert joke here

Look you are overheating about a comment from hillwilliam or whomever that was made here without context to time or place. Was it last year, 10 years ago, 20 years ago?.....Was it a professional job he was going for or was it entry level. It was a comment slid in there for the desired purpose of crying about AA. It was during the summer of 1988, The job title was "field biologist" Skills required, Degree in Biology (U miami '82 cum laude, Grad work in Cetology from FIU.) laboratory skills, boat handling, (I had handled boats from kayaks to a 75' Hatteras in heavy weather) SCUBA preferred (ex commercial diver here). The job couldn't be advertised as "affirmative action only" or "minorities only" as that violated the TOS of the Miami Herald.

The job was never filled as a qualified minority candidate never showed up.

Not my guess. Likely the bulk of rich dominican and venezuelans are going to be white western european (Spain) descent. Likely the bulk of impoverished dominican and venezuelans are going to be black, indigenous native, or some mixture.
