So unlike me your email was only restricted to one. Where as I was unable to send any emails.

What I meant was Dominants usually initiate the first response. It is rare to get email from sub/slaves and when we do nine times out of ten they are scammers. So all emails we send could be spam even if they are personalized. The rule seems to say that if you send a lot of emails out cut-n-paste or not, you are a spammer.

hmmmm so the assessment is : "large amounts of unsolicited emails" = spam
that certainly works for me
get over yourself, for god's sake - a "dominant" male doesn't whine like a bitch when he breaks the rules and gets his wrist slapped

and do Dominants initiate contact - crap, I thought overbearing self-confidence and a cheeky smile were enough bait to draw 'em in with
no effort whatsoever - talk about a lack of confidence somewhere!

oh and

than the phonebook from a stranger"

learn decorum
learn restraint

but - above all - LEARN

OP, the rule as i gather is that if you send unsolicited emails out to people and they report it as spam b/c it appears to be spam or a copied and pasted email to them, they have the right, to report your email. After so many reports from readers you will be notified by the mods then if you continue you will gagged for a period. If I am incorrect I am sure the mods will correct me.

Since you do not have a posted profile do you already have a sub/slave?

What does that have to do with anything? There are many who do not have profiles on the other side or choose to hide them.

I received one of these red line messages a few days ago and didn't know what it meant..Now I do!  I knew from the content though that it was one of the spam ones where many are sent out at once that I get a lot of though...I love the cut and paste messages where they type at the bottom something like "I can also be found on collarme.com under the user name (insert name here)"...This has to mean they are sending the same message at other sites too...so funny!

Thank you for the clarification.

Yet you do not see a chance for abuse? Let's say that the scammers don't like the way we do things, by asking them to be serious and answer our 2nd letter questionnaire, which to some may look like a cut-n-paste letter. So they decide in there internet cafe in Nigeria to band together and report us and ergo get us thrown off the site. If that happened to you would you think it was fair.

We would not bitch or whine we would just move on. There are other sites but we would miss all our friends on here. Yet in the grand scheme of thinks it would not be fair. We have grown to old to fight the little unfairness of the world we would rather fight the big. Speaking of which be sure to see Wall Street Sept. 24th.

If you send out an email no one is obligated to respond to you. I may choose to respond to your initial email just out of curiousity or boredom then I may get your questionar and decide not to respond. Which is my right. That doesn't make me a scammer. It means I choose not to deal with you any longer.

That being said, if you choose to ignore the rule regarding sending spam then you have to be man enough to suffer those consequences. PERIOD. The reality is one person reporting your email as spam isn't going to affect you, but obviously that isn't the case with you. I dont know the exact number needed for the automated system to gag you, but for some reason i dont think it would be a small number.

BTW... please stop playing the victim. Its rather sad and pathetic and the reality is you are only suffering the consquences of your own actions.

Maybe I was unclear on how this worked on My end.  In the number of emails that I received this morning, one of them had the little message in red that was identical to the one that you mentioned in your first post.  How many the person who sent that email to Me had tagged on his account, I couldn't say.

I couldn't say anything to your comment about that submissives do not initiate contact.  I can promise you that is not My experience here.  I'm contacted daily by a number of submissives that I haven't heard from before.  I only report the stuff that I consider spam by those who use the buckshot approach.  Shoot out a volume of emails and see what sticks.  As I mentioned in an earlier response on this thread, my suspicion is that you may be contacting those who say specifically in their profile that you are NOT compatible with (age, location, or monogamous preferences) and/or you are sending a form letter (as you gave the example).   That is spam.  I don't think one person reporting you gets you tagged.  If you sent the email out twice this morning and both people reported you, it seems to Me that if the system is set to do so, that is sufficient.  I highly doubt it's based on a singular occurance of reporting because it would be too easy to be unjustly restricted.

OP - here's a thought.

Reading through your responses, you've "trained" 20 or so subs, and none has had what you require. And so the search continues.

So you have shown that the "scattergun" approach to finding a third doesn't work. Send the mail out to enough people, and there will be enough desperate, lonely people who will fall gratefully on the opportunity to serve someone, albeit virtually.

It's like an ex-colleague of mine who ALWAYS got a girl when we went to clubs. His approach was to ask as many girls as possible to dance. According to his odds, one in ten would. Then he'd sexually proposition every girl he danced with. By his odds, one in ten would. Which meant a max of 100 girls and he'd be guarenteed a shag. However the quality of girl he would get was quite often...less than you might expect.

Instead of spamming 100 subs, why not read profiles, send a couple of paragraphs to the person on the profile, and see if you can engage them in conversation? See if your personalities mesh, and your kinks too. And then see if they're happy to try out for the position of 'third of three'.

Just a thought...

Usually scammers try to get us to go to YM and not answer the question.

We require the questions answered so your not writing back is not a bad thing we both now know we are not meant to be.

We are not complaining about this rule we are just pointing out it's obvious flaws. An open and free forum is so much better then a highly restrictive site. Many sites fail because the restrictions are too onerious.

OP it seems from this thread that you are the only one openly complaining about this new restriction. I personally dont see any flaws with the system but then again I dont send out spam or copied and pasted emails randomly either. Lol

BTW... I would NEVER answer a questionarre not b/c I am not real but to me having a real conversation reveals so much more. A questionarrre seems so one sided to me.

Actually we hadn't sent any emails yet this morning but we did send some last night.

We were just trying to answer the email we had gotten and could not reply to our sub/slaves we had been writing to for weeks. It was accross the board blockage without warning.

Oh, so you're concerned with the site's welfare, not your ability to carpet bomb your prospective "trainees"?  How noble of you.

I'm sorry I find it hard to believe that the mods on the other side did not notify you one way or the other that your emails had been reported as spam or that you were going to be gagged and unable to contact anyone via this site for a specific period of time. The mods on this site rarely punish people without somekind of gold email or warning prior.

Some questionnaire maybe one-sided but they should revel a lot about the Dom/me.

If you you would like to see it I will be glad to post it but so far most of you seem to think our writing is tedious at best.
