I believe you have to look at this in two ways:
- Most woman don't want to play all the time: they are doing the effort and are catering to the needs of the men. So, there will be less woman than men.
- On the other hand, a lot of girls get what they want in a natural dominant way. They are just a little step away from taking the lead as the natural Domme in their relationship. And I hear of more and more young girls who take their lives in hand. And are not afraid to cuff their boyfriend to the bed...

No, we still have the same trails as those with simpler and/or baser motivations.
