its been argued in the new york legislature that they converted it to free socage

Socage (pronounced /ˈsɒkɨdʒ/[1]) was one of the feudal duties and hence land tenure forms in the feudal system. A farmer, for example, held the land in exchange for a clearly-defined, fixed payment to be made at specified intervals to his feudal lord, who in turn had his own feudal obligations, to the farmer and to the Crown. In theory this might involve supplying the lord with produce but most usually it meant a straightforward payment of cash, i.e., rent. In this respect it contrasted with other forms of tenure including serjeanty (the farmer paid no rent but had to perform some personal/official service on behalf of his lord, including in times of war) and frankalmoin (some form of religious service). For those higher up the feudal pyramid, there was also knight-service (military service) as a condition of land tenure. The English statute Quia Emptores of Edward I (1290) established that socage tenure passed automatically from one generation to the next (unlike leases). As feudalism declined, socage tenure increased until it became the normal form of tenure in the Kingdom of England. In 1660, the Statute of Tenures ended the remaining forms of military service and all free tenures were converted into socage.
The holder of a soc or socage tenure was referred to as a socager (Anglo-Norman) or socman (Anglo-Saxon).
but then you still end up at the same place.

sounds sort of familiar dont it?

You pay property taxes to the city
they pay the county
they pay the state
the state pays the fed
the fed pays......um? hmm....  LOL

real enough for you  LOL

It's completely real Real. So, you're shackled, and you're just noticing how utterly and obviously shackled you really are, what do you do?

I think alot of us take the path of least resistance.

What ever form that is.   The question is how to fluorish in any given system.

well the state wants to claim proprietorship that makes them the trustees to pay the bill doesnt it.

That is why you are called a resident over here, it designates your property use as commercial hence taxable.

citizen makes you a voting member of your own slavery.

All these words are construed in the governments favor by government judges as they hung 5+ definitions on any given word so if you do not go into court with every word that you use defined and are a grammar major you sink.

That REAL FREEDOM!

They basically created a 3rd world country in which no one can "TRULY" own land and land ownership under the brit system determines political rights.

If you cant own land in the true sense you are a tax payer and at the bottom of the food chain....

thats all part of the fraud!

you DO OWN IT!

in fee(alty) simple tenure.

not in true perfect title called allodial!

Hence you are the commercial holder of the fee or socage due the lord.

tell me this isnt fucking unreal!  I never dreamed I would be talking as if I were from the UK, there is not difference but the labels they put on the crap!!!  and that is designed to defraud people....

I have an ancient book where it all first started where they king was talking about how if they give people the label ownership while charging socage they will produce better!

its so simple its funny in a really sad sort of way.

Typical horseshit. fee comes from fief. not from fealty. entirely opposite meanings.

They already own it. What bill could possibly come due in full ownership? Expropriation is proof. Divesting of one's 'title'. And 'title' in this case is 'subject' of/to common law. Guess where the word 'subject' comes from? Dominion, emminent domain, Kingdom, .... dare I use the words "above the law" so we have subjects of law (abiding common folk) and those above law (dominion) and those below law (common criminals).

Yep.

Unless you don't vote. Voting as I have been saying is what encourages them. Stop voting and what happens? Do they leave incumbents in place? Do they appoint a King/Regent.... a puppet in lieu of. I think and it would take some time to fully open up an explanation here; but not voting says I'm no slave. It would not likely ever happen that everyone stops but I don't vote on that principle alone, never mind that they really don't give a shit about me if I did.

And while the majority is at the bottom of that chain, no matter how much wiggling they do to change how it sways, the top is as stable as can be.

It's gaffaw funny. Things don't have to BE real, you only have to get people to think they are real. In those times the number of people having access to understanding the law was minimal. I don't see that it's gotten much better either, since law now is a mess of verbiage coined by law makers.

You could spend years studying it and become a lawyer but in the end how much more freedom will you have gained as a 'subject'. In fact if you became a particularly good 'subject' in law, they might hire you in their defense and or offense. The thing about nobles and royalty is that they think generationaly, making sure lineage and privilege is passed on.

Because I needed a place to live... and did not want to rent.    The place was ok for the first year- but it is going on 4 years now- and I wish to move to a quieter location.  We are redoing our riverfront and getting an amphitheater- so that will be my cue to sell.   Sell- not give it away.   I dont really need all this space- I may even just rent again.    I was forced to move quickly at the time.

The place is not really that bad. It is a corner house with a southern exposure and views of the river.... I made the yard into a botanical garden with blue spruces, rose bushes and a rock garden.

Also I did not want to move to Chicago.

You need to get a good law dictionary to understand the definitions!
There is no law that states it can forcibly tax a human being, only a person! A person according to Black's dictionary is a legal representative. A person is a corporation and NOT a human being, so if a PERSON is not a living human being of flesh and blood with a living immortal soul, the refusal to be known or called a person, would make the tax mans job very difficult!

A society is defined as a number of people joined BY MUTUAL CONSENT to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal.
So in essence the STATUTES only apply to those who give consent and who are a willing member of the society.

So in actual fact they are not construed in the governments favor and these words are hugely limiting. The law relies on people not understanding them.

thats a good start...but I have seen the definition for allodial for years and until I actually researched it and went back and I do mean WAY back into english law to find the "origin" of the word then furhter how it was construed throughout out time etc etc and how it evolved you really cant grasp the true sense.

That is why I can see the distinction between allodial and allodium that should not be there.  they tell you the true meaning in one word and change the sense well not the sense the "character" of the word in the next definition.

It makes it impossible for the layman who does not intend to study law for aliving to even have a clue what is going on.

Then the turn on me bitches out to take you to the cleaners and likewise the courts, basicaly the average iq 120 joe on the street does not stand a snowballs chance in hell on the depth of some of these legal matters.

So wait, your problem is that when a person buys land, that land is still considered part of the US? As opposed to a tiny separate kingdom of its own where the landowner is sovereign?
