There is no law that states it can forcibly tax a human being, only a person! A person according to Black's dictionary is a legal representative. A person is a corporation and NOT a human being, so if a PERSON is not a living human being of flesh and blood with a living immortal soul, the refusal to be known or called a person, would make the tax mans job very difficult!

A society is defined as a number of people joined BY MUTUAL CONSENT to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal.
So in essence the STATUTES only apply to those who give consent and who are a willing member of the society.

So in actual fact they are not construed in the governments favor and these words are hugely limiting. The law relies on people not understanding them.
