As opposed to a tiny separate kingdom of its own where the landowner is sovereign? yeh because you see that also establishes your political status without question. When the king abandoned the colonies and gave up jurisdiction the sovereignty now fell upon everyone. I dont need to post that same court case again I hope to make the pojnt do I? Anyway the problem was in disposing the land because it is a unique situation being a republic but that is what it comes down too alrightee. That means no zoning ordinances, no taxes EXCEPT the ones I contract to pay! In the year 2010 taxation is nothing more than a thug rip off. I am more than willing to pay for any services I USE! They are a corporation and they can send me a fucking invoice like any other corporation this is 2010 for shit sake LOL statism = robbery by services at the end of a barrel of a gun quote:

That might sort of suck for people who have to rent, since they wouldn't have any of the American legal protections for tenants. absolutely! Now I would get to draw up a treaties or peace with the county the city and the state and fuckin rock and roll! government the way it was designed to be! yo baba! not to worry though there will always be slaves who are not willing to manage their own affairs so the corporation will always have something to do! (job security) Oh wow, you really do believe that? You'd be willing to give up your US citizenship to own the land your house is on? And how would you draw up peace treaties with "the city" and "the country" when neither would exist? You wouldn't be the only one owning land, everyone would. You could draw up a treaty with your neighbor, who would own his little plot of land, and he could draw up one with his neighbor, who would own that little plot of land, but there'd probably be someone who owned quite a bit of land who would have no interest in signing a treaty, but instead declare war, shoot you in the head, and "conquer" your house. In other words I think this is a terrible idea lol but now that I know that's what you're on about I don't have to wade through all that copypasta.
