I rather gain the impression that form of expression is not open to him.

Nobody has crashed the school system, you ridiculous idiot.

A good point. Perhaps he's still in the wheelchair he got put in the last time he opened his trap in a pub, and so can't really leave the house?

If I am lucky maybe I can take out a ton of student loans and attend one of these fine and dandy schools- and grow up to be just like the regents and administrators!

You dont see the humor in that?

The best and the brightest industry is a failed model.  At best we can hope to be as failed at the management is.    HA!

I suspect he is probably well known locally for being somewhat off his rocker, and I should imagine local law enforcement tend to get weary with such people once they've been fucked about once too often.

He needs to take several chill pills, and put the internet down until he's sane again. His stupidity will have to wait - one issue at a time.

If you're going to linger and stink up the thread like a fart in a lift, perhaps you could explain how any of the drivel you're spouting has any bearing on the student riots, or anything else that's happened outside of your head in the last ten years?
If you're not going to take your meds, try a nice stiff drink and an early night instead. It might stop you making an even bigger tit of yourself than you have already.

Moon,  you are not smart enough to fix the ailing university system.

The model is toast.

At least I did not crash it- nor am I getting my head bashed in at the silly riots.

Why is knowledge monetized?   Why? Even at that the best and the brightest mismanaged the system to the point of need to triple the fees.

If I am crazy- great-   -- I am still better off then any of the players in the school crash.

If you want to argue the point, try demonstrating that you have a fucking clue what you're talking about.
(Here's a clue: assuming that the British university system is identical to the American one, and then coming out with a load of shit which you don't appear to understand about that version is more of a demonstration that you were dropped on your head as a baby than proof that you have any idea what you're blathering about.)

BBC: British baby boomers' socialism has eaten up youth's wealth

Consider too the the Wall Street crash is directly connected to the University system.  Our best and brightest.

How can you defend a system that is un-managable?  Fatally flawed.  The model is toast.  It needs to be redone- and preferably not by anyone who has any type of degrees.

Except that's not BBC output - it's one comment, probably not even from a BBC radio programme.

Good grief - do you have to take extra pills to be as dumb and uninformed as you are?

Anarchist groups threaten to target Royal Wedding Protest groups yesterday threatened to target the Royal Family and promised the riots that turned parts of central London into a battleground on Thursday were “just the beginning”.

lazarus1983 -> RE: London Protests Turn Violent With Parliament Under Siege Protesters are now fighting with polic (12/11/2010 4:46:59 PM)

If London really was a police state, like some people like to say, wouldn't they just...shoot the protesters? Instead of allowing them to protest? What about those police medics treating protesters that had been injured? Would North Korea do that?

I highly doubt a real police state would bother to use less lethal means of controlling or dispersing a crowd. China ran over its student protesters with a tank.

I can't speak on riot control tactics used in the UK, but I know more than most about those used in the US. Intentional agitators in the crowd are identified and attempted to be singled out and taken out of the crowd. The problem is that there's no way of knowing who has what in those crowds. And if you allow them to start throwing bottles of water or rocks, what's to stop them from escalating to throwing more dangerous items? What if someone in the crowd is armed? Law enforcement are constantly taught to play the "what if" game. What if, what if, what if. Their lives can depend on it.

Running a horse at the front line of advancing protesters is an excellent way to break up that line and get them to disperse. That's a great way to shake the mob mentality and bring a person back to their senses. Again, would a real police state bother to disperse them? Or just open fire into the crowd indiscriminately? I haven't read too much into this particular riot, but it's very possible that there could be police officers that acted of their own, that chose to attack. Just like there are those individual protesters that are probably responsible for this situation to escalate.

Don't care about them either in truth, as long as they don't tell me where the bombs are I won't have to avoid anywhere.

Anarchists, no organisational skills.

heh [:D]

I can imagine the scene if anarchist thugs try to disrupt The Wedding though; being beaten up by a policeman is bad enough, but there aren’t many egos that can recover from being handed a hiding by a gang of blue-rinsed grandmothers [;)]
