Thing is, I can't see people voting for that, can you? But, as I said earlier in this thread, the government have asked their Senior Scientific Advisor (what a great job title) to look into it. I'm betting he'll report back that it's a total waste of money to spend money for a 2-4 week period, once per every other year, at best.
