That old saying, two's company, three's a crowd, perhaps the increasing power of the Christian church drove the wedges between the different beliefs. Two can exist together in understanding but a third, perhaps an annoying upstart always seeks to find its place. The Christian church of the early middle ages was more about individual power of the pope and less about the good of the church, so I wonder was it the Christian church that scattered the Jews.

And, using one election as some sort of great victory? You have no sense of history, sir. As soon as the economy turns around voters will go back to tailgating and sofa surfing. And, Americans is capitalized!

Star Wars didnt kill the Soviet Union. Levis Jeans, McDonalds, KFC, Gap and the other cheap consumer chains is what killed the Soviet Union. When the people realized thay there were good quality, inexpensive, plentiful consumer goods to be had, the Soviet Union was doomed. If the Republican dumbasses would quit listening to the CANF (Cuban American National Foundation) and lift the embargo on Cuba, The regime there would fall within 24 months. Repeal the Helms-Burton bill. I lived in miami for 18 years so I kinda have an idea what Im talking about.
