I'm dying to hear how a mind numbingly dim set of Islamic legal guidelines have anything to do with the magna carta. I take it King John was a mooslim? (Actually, I might have misprisioned R0's blather. Habeas Corpus -note the spelling- dates back to about 1305, and so was introduced during Charles the First's reign, rather than having anything to do with the Magna Carta.)
