In a feudal society (yours) the king the deal is and always has been a "contract" with the king such that the king protect the people and the people pay a percentage for that protection.

For somebody who loves to keep banging on about the magna carta at the drop of a hat, you seem fairly ignorant of its content, or that of any British legislation since then.

quote:

The worst is the school tax that turns out monumental idiots with lower academic levels every year.

Purely down to your government, of course, and nothing at all to do with busybody pressure groups, or the religious right demanding equal time for absurdities to be taught in biology lessons?

where do you think habeous corpus came from?  sharia law?

Bravo Real One.

You ROCK!

quote:

There are tonz of people in the US learning land law as I type because there are thousands of tracts of land that are owned if you will in alodium and they never paid tax on them.

The only people who have to pay taxes on their property in America are those who obtained it by use of a mortgage.

Imagine that huh?  Always a bank fucking every one over eh?   and I will leave it at that :)

it always always comes back the bankers and the fucking aristocracy.

I dont care how they want to change the names to protect the guilty

its terrorism by deceit
terrorism by use of syntax and wordsmithing

they come up with a new word..... well you dont hold radical title!

tomorrow it will be immense gargantuan title so see we are still the lord.

any line of bullshit to fake people out so they BELIEVE these overlords hold some kind of true power and always for pillaging and raping the common man.

Sharia law comes from the magna carta?

I suspect he very much does "get it", and is merely mocking your rather "individual" use of what, for the time being, we'll call "logic", where (in your world) 1 + 1 = "34,897.8976", or, depending on the day of the week, "hedgehog".

throwing pebbles against my 1090 clad argument will only get you laughed at.

how about some substance or are you about propaganda?

Moonhead -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 11:55:54 AM)

I'm dying to hear how a mind numbingly dim set of Islamic legal guidelines have anything to do with the magna carta.
I take it King John was a mooslim?

(Actually, I might have misprisioned R0's blather. Habeas Corpus -note the spelling- dates back to about 1305, and so was introduced during Charles the First's reign, rather than having anything to do with the Magna Carta.)

Certainly not from the Magna Carta either.  you seem to have no knowledge of anything after 1660 and little knowledge of anything before.

I note you didnt get back to me when I proved you wrong early, but instead blathered on about the 14th amendment, which has nothing to do with British law.

*chortle*

Rebel without a clue would be more like it :)

Or........Rebel without a pause.

Rebel without a clause (get out clause from impending insanity - the US's very own Overman - if anyone sees him hugging a horse just leave the mad fucker - no good will come from picking him off the floor - you can't stave off the inevitable).

For clarity's sake RealOne, you're under the impresssion that chatting on the internet is leading the way in uprooting the established foundations? You of all people should know that you're on here chatting because they want you on here chatting.

So you'\re claiming that you do have Rap on ignore? How are you reading all of his posts if that's the case?

The phrase "blind leading the blind" springs to mind for some reason. Can't imagine why that is...

He's proved, several times, that he doesn't. He evens replies to my posts, which you can't do if you have someone blocked.

He's utterly batshit crazy :) As well as being dumber than a box of rocks.

Moonhead -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 1:02:06 PM)

And he smells. [;)]
