lol! I wouldn't know, nor would I wish to find out :)

Couldn't resist. Some of these tirades of abuse people come out with on here can sound a bit primary school, can't they?

PeonForHer -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 1:07:22 PM)

Watch pa turn up at the end of what looks like a heated argument to resuscitate it with some incendiary, and utterly fruitcake, comment, apropos of nothing.  Like this one, for instance:  http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=3522190.  Nope, my money's on troll.  Mainly.  Mind, he could be a loon as well, though.

R0 just block Rap.

He is uncouth.

[:D]  Excellent.

But that settles it:  you're definitely a troll.  Quite an entertaining one, though.

Thank you!   ;-)

Oh Christ Jesus, yes. I saw one earlier in one of the politics threads, where someone's "debating technique" basically involved shouting wildly incorrect assertions around and then, whenever anyone didn't bother to try and correct them, going "See! I knew I was right about you!".

It's what I generally refer to as the "when did you stop beating your wife?" school of debate, although I guess around here that has other connotations :)

Are you talking of the latest Israel/Palestine party in which it was 'clearly demonstrated' that you are a member of the Gestapo (or similar)?  They're always like that.  Anywhere and everywhere, in my experience.  CM's no exception.

I am indeed referring to that one, yes. And while I take your point about "they're like that everywhere", they seem to me to be worse on CM; the same blind, unthinking ranting, but with even higher degrees of stupidity.

What some folk just don't seem to get is I don't actually care what someone thinks, either about their "argument", or me, if they're clearly an idiot, or a loon. It's no skin off my nose to unsubscribe from a thread like that. Whereas with a lot of folk you get the impression they'll stand there, screaming at each other, til Doomsday.

I work on the basis that people are here for my entertainment, not the other way around ;)

Damn good job I can handle rejection...

I damn near choked on my beer just then :)

Oh, and Happy New Year to you, if I haven't said so before - can't recall seeing you in these here parts for a while.

OK, though in pahunk's case, it might be more two-sided than we all might think.  Secondly, and more importantly, I've found that sensitivity towards others can creep up on one.  People eventually give more of themselves than they originally wanted to.  Got to check that armour, regularly, for chinks.  The old arse can get bitten.

For clarity's sake RealOne, you're under the impresssion that chatting on the internet is leading the way in uprooting the established foundations? You of all people should know that you're on here chatting because they want you on here chatting.

I dont think so.
Pretty much most of america is pissed and they are getting smarter
they are learning its not the jews that are to blame for all the ills
its the crown cronies, the aristocracies, vatican and banksters.

They are finally waking up.
I just talked with a young lady today who had her first experience in court with her kid who had 2 drinks and the busted the place and charged them 200 bucks, mean time another kid was speeding with a 300+ fine and it was reduced to 80 bucks.  There is a 4000 man militia in alaska because people are just overjoyed with the brit lifestyle.

TAXES

Oh yeh what your crown cornies are doing over here is a big hit!

where do you think habeous corpus came from?  sharia law?

Certainly not from the Magna Carta either.  you seem to have no knowledge of anything after 1660 and little knowledge of anything before.

I note you didnt get back to me when I proved you wrong early, but instead blathered on about the 14th amendment, which has nothing to do with British law.

I am not aware of the "exact" "precise" origin, I think it goes before the "official claim" of common law, so its anyones call since common law was around long before it was official too.  trying to slice a hair not there again are ya.

Oh this one? LMAO
Didnt see it!

Real One........ Now ya just had to go and do it, I did warn I would make you look silly, yet again. The clue about tenures is in the name of the act of Parliament.

Tenures abolition act of 1660.

Tenures Abolition Act 1660
1660 CHAPTER 24 12 Cha 2
[An Act takeing away the Court of Wards and Liveries and Tenures in Capite and by Knights Service and Purveyance, and for setling a Revenue upon his Majesty in Lieu thereof.]

thats really funny!

PS come lately.

I already told you that they replaced subinfeudination with substitution.  LOL

Ok what that means is they changed the name see...

That way they can make the claim they abolished feudal tenures when in fact it is in full force just like over here!

Oldest legalese trick in the book and you fell for it.

If I missed any more let me know :)

pahunkboy -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 5:02:25 PM)

R0, this is precisely how I mean that the Brits are compliance freaks.

PeonForHer -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 5:04:26 PM)

It's true.  Look at how our government managed to whip us all up into a frenzy to fight in Vietnam.

pahunkboy -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 5:06:12 PM)

But you guys dont really have an army.

Real0ne -> RE: Are the British more law abiding than Americans? (1/6/2011 5:07:08 PM)

actually if you want to see the best comedy on the planet take the time to study law and look at what the aristocracy and their cronies do to retain control and how fucking incredibly dumb people are to let them!

Its possibly the saddest sickest comedy around but it truly is funny watching all the dirty scum of the earth bullshit they pull on people not smart enough to know any better in their little snake pits.

but its all over the net now and lots of people are talking and the are begining to discover how far up their ass these people really are!
