Is there any indication that they are under the presumption that this is an okay topic for degradation/humiliation play for you when it isn't or do they say these things only when pissed off?

Inevitably, it may not necessarily even be about your weight sometimes. Some people just like keying in on the most hurtful things to say when they get angry.

Doms don't deliberately violate hard limits. If a Dom seeking a sub is turned off by a sub's hard limits, he won't consider that sub as an option period. I think you have a very misconstrued understanding of the term 'narcissism'.

When someone verbally insults you there has to be something in it for them. If you respond and no matter how you respond, its like giving them currency... They Win.
If you don't respond then they have gained nothing from it whatsoever and so will go off and look for currency elsewhere.
The reason people needlessly insult is all about control but its an unhealthy control. These are the same sort of people that would make bogus telephone calls to women. They are odd attention seekers and they should never be a threat to your feelings, emotions or confidence because they do not represent men as a whole.

Without reading all of the other responses you've already had:

Unless it's a medical issue, size doesn't matter, heart and mind do.

If someone cannot respect a request right off, most likely they will never respect you.

Move on to those that would empower you.
