As politely as possible... do not misrepresent your experience.  You are claiming 12 years of experience as a Master and your profile screams that you are new to the lifestyle, as does your question.

If Oxford is anywhere near Atlanta, then you're golden.  Atlanta has a thriving BDSM scene.  LadyPact used to live there, and has made several posts delineating the scene there.

The easiest way to get a slave is to get a vanilla woman or submissive and begin a relationship with her, and turn her into a slave over several years.  Insta-slaves are a myth for the most part.  And the slave training schools and the slaves whose Masters dumped them/died are almost guaranteed scams.

Get involved in the local community and make sure you act respectfully to all (don't grab other people, make sure you know who owns who, etc.) so your local reputation is solid.

I think that he's looking to train, not be trained, and just worded it poorly.  But you're not the only one to wonder about those twelve years.  Unless they were online, there's no way he has twelve years of experience.

Well, now, there is not one. The reason is simple:
If there were a place with slaves available, then the other Masters [such as Myself] would have taken them home, already. Thus, the place which had slaves does not have slaves, now! Therefore, there is no place which has slaves available.

Over My years, I have developed a rather good English-to-English interpretation system, so I was able to figure out what I believe you are trying to say. I happened to notice that you joined this site yesterday - you expected to find a slave in one day? That's a pretty tall order. I wonder why you expected to be successful so quickly? Many of the Masters and Doms have been here searching for quite a bit longer than one day and still haven't found the right person to be their partner.

Women who identify as slave are not to be found like one might seek real property by reading the classified ads or taking a drive to the local realtor’s office with the hopes of getting a guided tour to the available real property of your liking.
