Best ? Depends on what you're looking for. I thought Bloodsport was great, with all kinds of different styles depicted.

If so - yep, got to be in the top ten.  I always did like the idea of two super-powerful, almost indestructible and completely psychopathic androids beating the hell out of each other, with no emotion whatsoever.  Even better on first viewing, when you're not entirely sure which is the goodie and which is the baddie until Arnie says 'Get down'.
