I only read the first page, so I'm probably being redundant. That being said, You're never really old enough to make mistake-free decisions. All the cells in your body, except for the ones that make up your heart and brain, will be dead in seven years. You'll have all new ones. You're quite literally a different person. This explains a lot if you'll think about it. Your food preferences change every seven years. The seven year itch. Etc... There are lots of things about our bodies and lives that rotate on this pretty consistent schedule. Of course, it's a gradual process At five years and six months, you'll already have seen substantial change. So every seven years the person you are will look at the person you were and say "Wow. I was really stupid." Trying to avoid that feeling is probably a flawed idea. As long as you're learning and growing as a person, you're good. When I was fourteen I was freaking out girls by holding their hands to their sides. When I was eighteen I had one of my English professors in a collar. Are those necessarily good ideas? No, but they were fun. Did I learn a lot? Yes. Did I make mistakes? Every day. Do I still make mistakes? Every day. -m
