Link please? Who was alleged to have planned this? As unlikely as I think something like this would happen then it would be a country with a history of false flagging 'ops' ie: Israel, like their phony Al Queda cell which got busted recently. Not looking to start an argument, but in all honesty I think the idea of Israel or any nuclear state either pulling off or seriously planning something like this is laughable. Mind you though I must point out they also have a history of espionage against US nuclear interests, and a seriously wildcard intelligence agency to boot. Mossad have done seriously crazy things without one iota of concern as to international relations, or whatever anyone thinks - what if there is a rogue element? To be candid, THEY make me nervous not the states which are trying to get nuclear capabilities - they already have them. Also the subject of missing warheads is the subject of much myth and conjecture - if it is going to be nuclear, then it will be conventional explosives adulterated with nuclear material, not an actual thermonuclear attack. That said it is next to impossible to get hold of and sell nuclear material which is sufficiently dirty in enough quantity to make it worth it - I mean if it hasn't happened already, then why now? Of course only because international intelligence communities work hard to stop such attempts like the recent attempt at selling nuclear material in Russia. Said attack would most likely be in London. Probably the biggest financial centre in the world...
