Reading comprehension, mn, reading comprehension.

I never said the SSAN in question was issued in 1897.

MstrDouglas -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 1:45:52 PM)

Want some interesting reading? Check out the conditions and requirements someone is under to work a federal civil service job under Title 32. I did it for 20 years, and the Dem's and Rep's in DC are in control of that system and have been for over 20 yrs.
WI and now IN dimacrats should consider themselves lucky their respective govenors aren't taking their walk-out like a normal employer would.
What happens if you get mad and walk off a job and refuse to return???????
Gee, how about this.......YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!
and replaced with someone that wants to do the job.

They are part of the game. They just can't handle being in the minority so they got on a bus to Illinois. I hope they stay there forever.

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 1:46:53 PM)

yes, because of the way it is clipped I misunderstood, now knowing that, the resultant posit is even more buffoonery than the first.

truckinslave -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 1:50:57 PM)

Thanks for the (senseless) imitation/flattery.

The construction of the Constitution, Marbury v. Madison, and any reasonable combination of comman sense and intellectual honesty all require that "citizen" and "natural born citizen" have different legal meanings.

That's one of the two really stupid assumptions people make in this area.
The other is that "natural born citizen" just somehow must mean "born here".

Actually what I was referring to was someone who spent his working life in a union which negotiated the benefits he now lives on.

If only I could remember his name.

I quoted you legal precedent from the holy grail of stare decisis.

Either you don't understand it or you want to deny it exists.
"NBC" and "citizen" do not mean the same thing.

Lucylastic -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 1:56:10 PM)

OH I know the chap, didnt he work for that huge  corporation.... telecommunications wasnt it?, verizon?? bell? sprint?
So far off my radar I wouldnt worry myself RML, hes a little inconsequential when it comes to down to reality

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 1:56:18 PM)

But they are a distinction without a difference until the point that they are defined difinitively (if that carries a notion), and that hasn't happened.

truckinslave -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 1:57:57 PM)

Actually, Aylee, the timeline people are offering is somewhat different. She was born in 1897, and was issued the card sometime between 1939 and her death in the early 70s.

The dates are unimportant, really. SSANs are never reused.

Lucylastic -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 2:00:42 PM)

If it was true Truck, it would have won that argument more than two years ago
It would have come out by now
look at all the rabid arse lickers trying to prove him a false leader, if they cant come up with something that is the truth against him , you dont deserve to, what bloody incompetence.
None of your arguments are new, they have all been turned over ten ways from sunday
you are shit outta luck

I dont see how if it was enacted it would go past the SC

Sorry to learn of the blindness, but it explains sooo much.

If anyone is interested I'm officially opening Bill & Ted's School of Law.

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 2:02:41 PM)

And if that is the case, the tinfoil hats are plain to see, since having that proof one need only walk up to any fuckin republican in the house, and its all over for Obama.

That ain't happenin, it aint happenin, it didnt happen.

Lucylastic -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 2:03:11 PM)

Is that anything like Becks school of gold collecting and other fantastic scenarios??

truckinslave -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 2:03:33 PM)

I understand that several recall efforts for the no-show Dims are underway.

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 2:05:17 PM)

What they are doing does not seem to be illegal.

Lucylastic -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 2:08:25 PM)

A poll .. http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2011-02-22-poll-public-unions-wisconsin_N.htm
by Gallup and USA today
Poll: 61% oppose limits on union bargaining power

That's exactly what we want- a SCOTUS definition of "natural born citizen".

A judicial defintion simply does not exist (and 0bama0 is fighting hard- and, admittedly, winning, at this point- to keep the Courts from issuing one).

No kidding?

What do you mean by a recall?

Are they going to recall them back to the state?

Or do you mean they are trying to remove them from office?

Could you explain how that would work?
