That's mixing several things, but they have no ability to find him ineligilbe, since his mother was an American Citizen.  However consider the reasons why else they would not.

Gerald Ford, adopted.....where were his parents from?  Is he a natural born citizen if not the son of his 'parents'?

Ronald Reagan was nicknamed 'Dutch'  but 'allegedly' he was born of Irish-American parents ---there's some tinfoil for ya.......

and so on and so on.....

Sometimes it's impossible for me to tell if you are trying to be funny, or if you are serious, drunk, or seriously drunk [:D]

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 3:26:27 PM)

I am serious as a heart attack.  Is Gerald Ford a natural born citizen?

There have been attempts to force SCOTUS to define it before, and they have adroitly sidestepped it or outright declined.

If by reason of their definition any other unintended interpretation could be made, it will be. And the war will be on, the floodgates opened, <insert YOUR FAVORITE jingoe here>

We could fail all the way back to George Washington whom, I assume does not have a bulletproof ability via dna and a placenta to prove that he was dumped out on the south bank of the potomac in virginia by parents neither citizen or natural born citizens.

Unless you got citizenship papers, the placenta, the sheets, the photograph of him right out the snatch by a visible survey marker with his cute little baby wooden teeth and axe in hand  and the dna to cover that end?  Living eyewitnesses may be needed to testify.....

So, if  the question is asked and answered in some way you hope against hope it will be, and Obama is not a natural born citizen (uh, for what reason) than America will unravel to way back when.

These fucksticks did not become supreme court justices (no matter how fucked up any of us think they any of them are for whatever reasons we may) by dropping off a gutwagon, or being shit out on a stump and hatched in the sun.  They are somewhat astute, each in their own way.

My bets, they decline to define.

This just in.
Wis has suspended direct deposit for legislators who miss more than two session days. They will have to pick up their checks in person. No expense reimbursement by mail, either....
I hope they stay out until the recall elections....[:D]

Like they NEED that money.

Seriously, that's grandstanding and no more.

He should also follow Tx's lead and disallow any expenses while in Illinois, the cost of the bus, etc. Until they come back the Republicans have free reign over any bills not spending related too. Way to do your job, Democrats!

jlf1961 -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 5:26:11 PM)

Will if it was okay for Republicans to shout about "2nd Amendment remedies" then the Union members in Wisconsin to use the same philosophy.

The democrats are now the party of ' no show '...

With most politicians (of BOTH parties) that's the best thing they could possibly do.

Brain -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/22/2011 5:59:22 PM)

I don’t think Walker has any chance of becoming president and it’s unlikely this union busting bill in Wisconsin will succeed.

I dont think that Brian realizes that Big Labor is busing professional agitators in to Wisconsin, with coordination from the professional rioters at the Democrat party. Dems are the party of Union goons and racketeers whose main mission is to get filthy rich off of the taxpaying public, some of these union bosses make over half a million dollars a year, easy.

Then they turn around and stuff Obamas pockets and his cronies pockets with big wads of taxpayer cash, funding their reelection bids so the whole process can continue.

Meanwhile these union goons are forcing all these state and local governments to pile on mind numbing amounts of debt and its becoming a very serious problem. If someone like Govornor Walker tries to get a handle on it he gets all these professional agitators bused in from the unions and the DNC screaming death threats at him and his  family.

Its all getting very ugly but it has to end, there just isnt the money anymore under an Obama economy.

Lucylastic -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/23/2011 5:22:08 AM)

The Last Time Scott Walker Went Union Busting, He Was Overruled And Wasted Taxpayer Dollars The last time Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R)  went after public sector unions it had “disastrous results” for him and for taxpayers. As Milwaukee County Executive in 2009, Walker tried to get rid of the unionized security guards at the county courthouse and replace them with contractors, which he promised would save the county money. The County Board rejected the idea, but in March of 2010 Walker “unilaterally ordered it,” claiming there was a budget emergency. Walker hired the British security contractor Wackenhut — of Kabul Embassy sex scandal fame — to replace the guards. Unfortunately for Walker and Milwaukee taxpayers, an arbiter later ruled that Walker had overstepped his authority, and ordered the county to reinstate the unionized workers, pay backwages, and pay tens of thousands of dollars in arbiter fees. As MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow pointed out last night, Walker’s “dress rehersal” for his current union busting effort may end up costing Milwaukee taxpayers an extra half a million dollars. Watch it: While his anti-union crusade proved to be a boondagle for Milwaukee County, Walker had escaped in time to wash his hands clean of it, as the arbiter’s ruling against didn’t come down until last month — after Walker had been sworn in as governor. Maddow also notes that the man put in charge of Wackenhut’s security at the courthouse had a criminal record and had served prison time.

Anybody employing a company called wackenhut needs their head testing, shame this didnt come out before the election.

The Unions arent smashing enough heads, according to some Democrats:

A Democratic Congressman from Massachusetts is raising the stakes in the nation’s fight over the future of public employee unions, saying emails aren’t enough to show support and that it is time to “get a little bloody.”

“I’m proud to be here with people who understand that it’s more than just sending an email to get you going. Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary,” Rep. Mike Capuano (D-Ma.) told a crowd in Boston on Tuesday rallying in solidarity for Wisconsin union members

I'm betting that  Scott Walker couldn't be elected dogcatcher at this point.

Not by the unions, no. Oddly enough, the majority of Wisconsin voters...you know, the ones paying for the public sector's wage/benefit packages?...DID elect him and stand behind him.

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/23/2011 7:12:09 AM)

Yeah, they elected tailgunner joe too, the ignorant cheeseheads, so what?

That would seem to be in question.

But really, I have to ask this question.

Why do conservatives do this?

Is it because you become brainwashed listening to FOX News?

Really, I don't understand how you can seriously dispute what is right in front of your face.

Right in front of Governor Walker's face are public sector employees from Wisconsin...and those trucked in from other states...as well as those protesters that the D.N.C. rounded up to join the fray.

People that go to work? They showed up on the weekend when they did not have to go to work to support themselves AND the protesters.

Oh for fuck's sake.

How many times do we have to hear this nonsense recycled?

Yes, them evil Democrats always truck in protesters.

How many times has this lame argument been used?

Moonhead -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/23/2011 7:29:38 AM)

You'd have thought that one would have dried up after the GOP bussed in all those protesters for the Brooks Brothers Riot back in '00, really...

How does one become a "professional agitator"? Does the job pay well? The market is a little slow now and I could use a few bucks.

OOPS, I forgot who posted this. More unsubstanciated bullshit?

mnottertail -> RE: SCOTT WALKER for President (2/23/2011 7:39:38 AM)

Well I agree with Sanity here I think it was a mistake for SCOTUS to allow Big Business to pour money into political campaigns as well as to agitate to support union causes (LOLOFUCKINL, I got that right, didn't I, I mean that's what he's couching in the rhetorics here right?)

So, we should load them with taxes to about 98% and drive them from our shores, the bloodsuckers and country destroyers.

GAWD!!!! I love this town!!!!!
