I never said there were any evil social programs... or any truly good businesses. I do believe our social programs could be much better ran... and our businesses could do more to improve goodwill. I also believe they all started out with the best of intentions... social programs, that is... and lost their way amid the dollar signs.

Its like our health care system. Everyone knows these programs arent working, but no one - at least as a party - wants to admit the programs are a failure and take the time that is needed to come up with a better solution.

Whining? Complaining about programs that spend a miniscule amount of any Gov't budget is whining....If you worried half as much as what dribbles off to Corporate America...... Tell me..those 3 years. Did you need it? Glad it was there? Or, prefer that there wasn't an EVIL program like that around
