I thnk my cats are affected from the moon [>:][>:][>:] starting the day with fearing if curry got harmed due to not popping up for ages (as mentioned in the other cat thread) and finishing the very same day being worried where summer is as she didnt come when I called her and could not find her, is not what I call fun [>:][>:][>:] She came finally at 10pm, could see her from my window, went outside, where she miaowed in a way like "I am scared, where are you, I want to go inside...how do I get inside again..." but once I take her up her old self is there again straight away, telling me off non-stop [>:] Heavens sake, her breeder said the first 2 years are the worst once...she turns 2 in may, heavens sake hurry up to get nicer again [>:][>:][>:]

Ah the joys of having cats. I got home last night after work and couldn't find Gwen. Gwen is the one currently known as my stupid pregnant cat. I looked everywhere, pulled everything out from under my bed, no Gwen ... looked back in Holly's room, no Gwen ... checked every room of the house, no Gwen. And she usually answers back when I call for her ... but I got nothing back last night. So I kind of flop down on my bed to rest for a moment before going outside to search for her ... and right next to where I laid down, my blanket started moving ... Gwen had gotten under my blanket. She's never done that before. So that made us think that she was going into labor. She was purring and moving, so I couldn't really tell if she was having contractions or not - so I just made her a little den with rags and a towel in it, and she went right in ... Was sure she was going to have her kittens last night. We still don't have kittens ...

Heck Karen, mine do that to me all the time, and not one of them are preggers! And you can bet she was snickering and snorting under those covers while you were calling and calling......it seems to be something they enjoy doing to their staff......disappear and then watch us tear the place apart to find them! Little stinkers!
