The biggest problem with the Birther argument, and even those that now insist that the Long Form is faked, is that before Obama could hold ANY elected office, he had to provide verifiable proof that he was actually eligible to hold that office. Therefore, he had provided enough proof to hold the office as a senator AND as president that clearly was accepted by the powers that be. Now Realone, as well as the others on this board that insist that the forms that were provided as proof of citizenship were faked seem to forget that each form of ID and proof of citizenship had been verified. In other words, birthers are idiots.

Trump won't make it halfway through the primary process, he's not the best the Republicans can field, The best the Republicans can field right now simply can't get the traction right now, but it's still 9 months till the primaries start for real. Unfortunately Romney will likely get the nod (although he's not terrible in my mind he's not the best and he's uninspiring at best.) And thus I'll remain voting for the Libertarian candidate. As for what they have offered so far it's been a reduced spending (yep they were elected to do that) They succeeded in cutting some fat from the 2011 budget that was left to them from the last Congress thanks to Mr Reid and Ms Pelosi not doing their job. I don't deny the Republicans have earned their sins I disagree on what they are. I also unlike you recognize the sins of the Democrats and see the damage they have been doing as well. WSJ article recently illustrated the issue perfectly as not a tax problem but a spending problem. Confiscate every dollar earned by those who make over $100 K a year leave them not a single dollar to live on and still we have a deficit every year. (edited to correct for a retraction of the article's statistics made by the WSJ that I had not heard about until just now) The correct numbers would be more like "You could take all the money from everyone over $200, 000 and you would just cover the annual deficit." The WSJ printed a retraction but that didn;t get as much press as the original story. (end of edited section) You can't tax your way out of this on the backs of the rich there are not enough of them. Half a century without the government having any real spending discipline. That includes presidents from both parties and congresses controlled by both parties, and the government trying to pay for more and more things that have always been individual responsibilities and trying to be policemen of the world and the party is over and the bill has arrived. I get that sometimes things have to be done because nobody else can or will, that does not mean you don't figure out a way to keep from going bankrupt in the process. It's a spending problem Joether and it always has been and the Democrats are sinfulllllllllllllllllll as hell when it comes to spending. Although I can't say anything good about the past few republican controled congresses either. They spent like nobody's business too. This latest bunch so long as they continue to cut the spending will continue to hold their seats. Keep with the adult child stick Joether it's funny to read that you believe the Democrats are somehow more mature with their choices of how to spend money we don't have.

I made a mistake and took Realone off ignore and instantly regretted it. This means that the Election board of Commissioners must be satisfied that the person has met ALL the requirements to be on the ballot. This is true for all states. So for the birthers out there, considering that the documentation must presented in each state to run for the office of president, even to run in the primaries, the conspiracy theory that President Obama somehow slipped through with out proving his citizenship and meeting the requirements to be on the ballot is absurd to say the least, complete idiocy in truth.

This begs the question: if Trump is so wealthy can't he afford real hair dye, and why is he using tan-in-a-can on his nasty doo. There is only one man on TV currently that sports a worse hairstyle, and that is Gene Simmons. Or we could talk about how Trump buys all his hotel amenities (shampoo, towels, etc etc etc) from China.... what a fucking hypocrite. A nasty, butt ugly human being from the inside out.

~FR Seems according to some who post here, you can get a passport in the US merely by claiming you are a US citizen. Seems, also, according to some you can sit for the bar and get a license to pratice law by merely claiming you are a US citizen. But, then again, you would have to hold a professional license of any sort before you realize just how much you have to prove who you are before they give you that license. [;)]
