Clearly, you need to buy a pair of high heeled shoes for yourself and master walking in them FIRST. Find out your own female shoe size, and then purchase a pair of strapped heels that you can buckle onto your feet. After purchase and adornment, please undertake the following exercises.

1. While in heels practice walking heel to toe, arms at sides.

2. Practice the crossover (right foot to the left of let, left foot to the right of right) walk to pronounce movement of your bottom to and fro.

3. Next, master the art of going up and down stairs gracefully. Use of the hand is rail allowed, but try and use just two fingers on it for light support. See how well you can stay centered.

4. After mastering the basics, pactice #1 and #2 while balancing a book on your head.

5. After book practice, try serving drinks (coffee, tea, etc.) while walking and bending gracefully. Make sure drink glasses and cups are fully filled and that you do not spill any liquid during service.

6. Lastly, lock heels onto your feet all day to test your own endurance and stamina.

Remember, a master can only teach a slave what he himself has mastered. Good luck. I wish you the best of success.

I was a stripper for five years, and when I started, I had a really difficult time walking and dancing in the heels. Some of the more experienced girls encouraged me to enroll in a beginners ballet class where I would learn the stretches to point my toes, (not that I ever got the point, it is the stretches that are key) thus relieving the foot cramps that can come with wearing 4+ inch heels. I also vacuumed the house in my new high heels for a few weeks -- Carpet is probably the most difficult thing to walk on in heels and the vacuum gives you something to hold onto until you feel more stable.

On the contrary I claimed they were fairly demanding to wear – that’s why I asked for advise.

High heels when worn to often can cause knee and back damage streach the ligaments in the back of the legs and arches of the feet and cause permant damage. And you're being unreasonable starting a first timer out with 5 inch heels. you should of started with a one inch or two inch.

If her body mass index is within the normal range, I don’t think there is much risk in demanding her wearing high heels.

Yes, my "type" of "knowing what you teach" is rather prevelant around the world, although sadly, not prevelant enough.

Who ever said anything about "degrading" anyone? I can only infer that because you won't do what she has to do, there is some degradation attached to it. I don't really see it that way, although degradation is one of the many exciting components of BDSM.

As for it being "idone to enhance her feeling of feminity," it also serves to objectify and hobble her.

it has nothing to do with bmi and being porportiond it's clinically proven by dr's and there's lots of docuumentation about how bad they are, that high heels are bad for you and can increase back and knee pain and the ligaments in the feet can become damaged.

Wearing high heels for extended periods over time will actually cause the tendons in your legs to shorten. So be cautious with making her wear them for hours/days/months at a time. Sure it looks pretty but you don't want to cause problems down the road.

The health hazards caused by falls from hypertrophied heels represent only the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Below this tip lurk many other, not so conspicuous, problems. Walking with heeled shoes interferes with the normal gait. The forward leg cannot extend fully and the anatomical heel is prevented from hitting the ground first. As a result, the calf muscles shorten,

a shortening that can spread upwards as far as the neck muscles.

Women who are accustomed to high heels often complain that wearing flat shoes gives them pain. They conclude that flat shoes are not good for them. The discomfort they feel, however, comes from the stretching of their tight calf muscles and is a necessary pain that will last until their calf muscles regain sufficient elasticity. If they would persist in wearing flatties they would soon feel good in them and their whole body would benefit.
High and not so high heels force the lower back to arch and the tummy to be pushed forward. The great chain of muscles running from head to feet shortens under the influence of heeled shoes. This great dorsal muscular chain already has a natural tendency to shorten spontaneously; to encourage this tightening through ill-designed shoes is like adding insult to injury.

More and more studies are emerging with resounding voices saying that shoes are physically detrimental. Foot doctors say that continual use of high heels with narrow toe space can actually lead to foot deformities. A clinical professor of orthopedics, Michael J. Coughlin says, "The deformities that often develop after years of wearing high-fashion pumps are similar to foot problems that were formerly seen in Chinese women whose feet had been bound." (Okie in Benstock and Ferriss) Additionally, long time wear of high heels is also being linked to knee arthritis in women, and most recently, back problems.

High heels are pumps with heels of more than two inches, according to the American Podiatric Medical Association, who has determined them to be “biomechanically and orthopedically unsound.” Aside from damaging a woman’s posture and increasing her risk of injury from falling, these shoes actually damage the feet and may result in a lifetime of foot ailments.
Unlike the Barbie dolls they grew up playing with, women have flatter feet designed to bear their weight by distributing it evenly across the entire surface. By placing feet in an uncomfortable position, high heels may lead to a slew of health problems. Pain in the ball of the foot, metatarsalgia, is a common compliant for high heel enthusiasts. But the damage done by heels goes beyond aching feet. High-heeled shoes change the shape of the feet and may eventually prevent them from functioning properly. The unnatural position that the feet and legs are placed in when wearing high heels may shorten the Achilles tendon, which connects the calf muscle to the heel bone. This causes the tendon to become inflamed and irritated. Frequent high heel wearers may also develop a bump at the back of their heel, commonly called a “pump bump,” caused by friction between the heel bone and the back of the shoe.

ok so you claim you don't want to cause her any damage down the line, but you insist on heels even after all the evidence posted that they are bad for the woman. Open your eyes read the proof of the pudding, then tell us all you don't want to cause her any damage.

I would simply make it a house rule for now that she go about naked and in high heels until they become as natural to her as breathing. Repetition is the key to success; reward her each time she has an incident-free day, making it a positive experience.
