Sanity -> RE: Use of insulting names (5/21/2011 9:38:17 PM)

Here you brag of how "In my circles he is called a "Chimpfaced Bastid""

http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=673888

And in these you refer to him as "the monkey int he middle"

http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=1445667

Personally I dont feel as though Rich owes you an apology of any sort, in fact you probably owe him one

There are probably quite a few more too, those were just the first ones that popped up

Racism and racist jokes etc are serious TOS violations and most Conservatives here report such lowlife behavior as readily as anyone else

So surely you must be referring to the bizarre yet very common phenomenon of leftists accusing anyone who disagrees with Obamas politics of being racist

I get pissed off when people show disrespect to Obama, and then realize that I did the same for Bush.  Eye opener.

You know what cracks me up about that... it is the hypocrisy of those on this thread that decry those who called Bush names, and even those who were friendly to them, and now they sit on their hands and say NOTHING about the blatantly racist names that Obama is called, and the racist jokes about Obama... etc etc etc....

Some of those very people are posting on this thread....

I call "Oblunder" that because I think he's a *BAD* president with *BAD* managment and *BAD* policies and he's an empty suit and he's viewed as a weak president overseas.
If you were to ask people in their 20's why they voted for him they probably couldn't tell you.
They were probably caught up in all his bullshit.

tazzygirl -> RE: Use of insulting names (5/21/2011 10:32:18 PM)

Or maybe the previous administration left such a foul taste in their proverbial mouths.

There is typically more than one reason to vote for someone.

Icarys -> RE: Use of insulting names (5/21/2011 10:36:38 PM)

Hell I thought calling people names was a bad thing..At least that's what some people have said to me.[:D]

which is precisely why you just got the indiana ruling and the corporation ruling.

because people dont give a fuck

Absolutely true. I don't care that Bush, Reagan or Clinton got honorary knighthoods AFTER they left office. The fact is, their knighthoods have ZERO to do with Indiana or anything else. Keep it, real, dude.

would you care if the president after his term were given a lifetime honorary membership to the kkk or would you simply blow that off as nothing to be concerned about as well?

Do clarify, O59. It seems like you are saying that if race is discussed, it's automatically racist?

You use the word "racist", and it's deriviatives a lot. Why don't you tell us what you think it means?

it depends on which race LOL

its been open season on a certain race/religion for the last 10 years.

well I dont know about that....after all the queen was so happy with billy she knighted him.  No one said he couldnt accept titles of nobility AFTER he was out of office!  and as usual I am most likely the only one here who would catch that LOL

Care to fully elaborate on this ?
Really Polite? You asked this, hoping for a sensical reply? I know, your maso side indulging huh?! M

Oh, I'm sure the KKK can't WAIT to confer an honorary membership on Obama. What a daft analogy. As I said.. keep it real. Your hypothetical is beyond absurd.

I don't think royalty is a good analogy, RML, but the President is a symbolic head of state, as well as a temporary chief executive. That's worth something.

I keep hearing people talk on here about how the members of Congress are our employees, which I agree with.

What makes the occupant of the White House any different?

Oohh touchie there.

Why so defensive?

And weren`t you the one who slandered President Obama last year with the scary-black-man-new-black-panther fake story ?

Of course you did it without the use of insulting names.[8|]

Ass! lol

I don't remember that one. But he did call GW a chimp not too  long ago and got called a racist for his trouble.

Also not surprised you are here defending name calling...You are the king after all[8D]

Owner59 -> RE: Use of insulting names (5/22/2011 7:00:55 AM)

That would make you my queen.[:D]

If the kitchen is to hot,get the fuck out of it.

And don`t be pussies.

If it walks like a duck, sounds a duck and looks like a duck,it`s probably a duck.

Calling a duck a duck is only a problem for the defensive.

I do not want an apology from people on the freaking internet....

But Bush was called a chimpfaced bastard in my circles...

Sinergy (whom I was involved with for 5 years) called him much worse things) which I refer to often in those quotes... again, talking about what other people call him isn't calling him those things myself..

I searched for terms that i have seen in the press about obama (like Magic Negro)... is talking about what people call Obama calling him a name?

But wouldn't sucking the dick of the person calling him those things qualify as an endorsement, Julia? You've certainly told us enough times how important compatible political values are in your relationships.

Owner59 -> RE: Use of insulting names (5/22/2011 7:51:48 AM)

I don`t see anywhere in those post you calling bush insulting names.

There was a real world class ass-wipe who recently said that leftists were partly responsible for Stalin`s,China`s,etc. killings.

That`s kinda insulting.

I have admitted I call Bush names (often with my family, etc) and I am not ashamed of the fact.

I remember a particular conversation with my sister in which I told her that I thought Bush was a baby murdering, fucking cretin, mentally impaired creep, fortunate son, piece of shit..... not ashamed of this at all, and my opinion has not changed. She was offended by this[:D] today she agrees with me seeing how she now knows we were lied to about the WMD.

I have no qualms about calling names amongst my intimates when I am feeling particularly upset by what a political leader has done. I saw people call Osama bib Laden names, no one got upset over that.... did they? How mature is it to call ANYONE names? If you think someone is an evil dick, you think they are an evil dick. I think Bush is a stupid arrogant dick, and Cheney is just fucking evil...

Now, I really do not care if you quote me on that... I am not out to get the award for the most mature poster on CM. I really just laugh at the hypocrisy of many of you people... particularly those who claim "maturity"... it is a hoot for me, because I think several of you who claim such are the most juvenile people on this site.

Opinions are like assholes, and I have mine, you have yours
